You mean like putting race on an employment application? That just screams racism!

It not proof of racism but it definitely could be taken as an endorsement. Do you think racists care if everyone has equal opportunities?

Equal opportunities are fine. So long as you're qualified.

Equal opportunity is racist policy, Hell, you could call it employment gerrymandering, if its sole purpose is to place minorities in jobs period, regardless of qualifications, or skill sets.

Once the demographic shift occurs, whites will be the minority and therefore should be the ones to benefit from affirmative action.

    guess not to you.....

the President works for us, we hire them

in this case the people choose the more experienced Hilary, but affirmative action choose the less experienced Trump

What it is/was about may have started as one thing.... Like Taxes..... Then, well, things morph.

Not always in a positive way.

Don't try to apply actual logic to the liberal thought process. There's a reason the term liberal logic exists. To a liberal, racism is the most evil thing in the world. Unless it is against white people. Then racism is good. Why? Because of 400 years of American slavery of blacks. But you say, American slavery only existed from 1776 until 1865, which is 89 years. America hasn't existed for anywhere near 400 years. How do we get 400 years of slavery? Liberal logic. And only blacks were slaves, not hispanics, Indians, Pacific islanders, arabs, etc. How should they benefit from this? Liberal logic. Plus, once non-whites take over the US, the US will be just another Third World country drowning in poverty and violence.

Um, not to burst your bubble, but President Trump didn't roll back the federal law banning discrimination in the workplace. All he did was eliminate the requirement for companies to submit data to the government.

You do know that the President doesn't have the authority to overturn federal law, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, by EO?

Umm.....what? This literally doesn't make any sense at all. Might I suggest you do a quick Google of "affirmative action" and "electoral college".

True. But even with Trump's limited knowledge of how our laws work and his non-existent knowledge of the Constitution hopefully he realizes that he has no authority to simply wipe out the discrimination laws. I think the poor OP thought Trump did that, not having any idea that all he did was wipe out an Obama order that businesses submit data to Uncle Sam once a year. In other words, what Trump did was about as meaningful as an apology from Hitler for his transgressions.

Trump the candidate: "I will fight for the LGBT community"

Another flat out lie by the pathological-liar-in-chief.
