That's one of the most ig'nernt posts I've ever read. The majority of Americans in 30 states voted for Trump.

There's nothing more fair than equality. Do you agree or disagree?

Don't care what your race, gender, or sexual preference is. If you have the experience, qualifications, or merits, you get the nod. I don't see the problem.

Depends on the context, but generally disagree.

Did you have anything that was relevant to my post you wanted to say?

Funny how those that aren't favorable to left wing politics seem to get reported all the time. But hey, we're the bigots.

the right sure jumps through hoops to try and show how Trump did not lose the majority vote.... too funny... why not just be happy Trump won, even without getting the most votes

What part seems incongruous to you?
That it doesn't fit one label. To Moi it all makes sense.

Trump led the “birther” movement challenging President Obama’s standing as a natural-born American; used various vulgar expressions to refer to women; spoke of Mexico sending rapists and other criminals across the border; called for rounding up and deporting 11 million illegal immigrants; had high-profile spats with prominent Latino journalists and news outlets; mocked Asian accents; let stand a charge made in his presence that Obama is a Muslim and that Muslims are a “problem” in America; embraced the notion of forcing Muslims to register in a database; falsely claimed thousands of Muslims celebrated the 9/11 attacks in New Jersey; tweeted bogus statistics asserting that most killings of whites are done by blacks; approved of the roughing up of a black demonstrator at one of his events; and publicly mocked the movements of New York Times (and former Washington Post) journalist Serge Kovaleski, who has a chronic condition limiting mobility.

Add his bigotry towards the gay community. Not to mention the appointments of right-wing bigots to his administration, ie Sessions, Miller, and
    Bannon to name a few.

Ok, so its just your opinion. In my opinion, he attacks everyone regardless of race, etc. That makes him a prick and I am certainly not a fan, but unless you have evidence that he acted against someone solely based on their race, you are just name calling.

One of our major parties is colorblind.

The other major party is obsessed with race and granting political benefits to favored demographic groups.

No they DO NOT. Where do you get your bizarre notions? Employers can't discriminate based on race, but in no way does that mean "consideration of sex and race". You must work for some government agency, that's NOT the rule of law in the real world. :roflol:

Mainstream, centrist Republicans (along with mainstream, centrist Democrats) are likely colorblind and above racism and bigotry. It's the fringes you have to worry about. However, somehow, the Democratic party absolutely has become dominated by its race-obsessed fringe. I believe it is because of a sort of takeover of the party by such people. It is an important and universal lesson that people on the fringes are much hungrier for power than the moderates, and so become increasingly likely to obtain it as time goes on. They campaign the hardest, become the most fervently populistic, in the process helping define and establish the victim groups who will ultimately support them.

However, this is now happening on the right as well, and Trump is absolutely a major part of that. He appealed to angry and frustrated working class, non-immigrant (mostly white, as it happens) Americans the way those fringe Democrats used race to gain power and take over the Democratic party. One form of radicalism has been met with another. Our nation is in danger from within when the reins are seized by radicals and the population is increasingly pulled to one side or the other also, to the point where they only view one another as different, even as enemies.

If you want to keep the Republican party colorblind, avoid nitwits like Trump and stick to sensible representatives. Trump only encourages the white racists, as we have seen, with his inflammatory rhetoric regarding immigration and terrorism, stupidly generalizing the way his ignorant voting base does about people from certain areas abroad, thus only helping to promote xenophobia and bigotry.

Yes, the Trumph family had a case years back. That is your best argument, but falls short of the claim he is a racist. While it may be popular to call someone a racist, it is usually based on emotion rather than facts. Getting back on topic, employers should never be put in a position to pay more or less based on what another employee with a different set of genitalia or skin color is making.

You kinda remind me of a double-talker named Double-Talking Donnie. First the claim the lack of evidence of racial discrimination by Donnie the
Bigot and then downed played it when provided evidence. Emotions, rather than facts, often form the views of right-wingers.

I don't work for the government. And yes, employers have to consider race and sex. They have to keep track of it. Employers are beholden to the regulations imposed by both the EEOC and the OFCCP. Also, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act requires that all employers with 15 or more employees for 20 weeks or more during a calendar year are covered by the UGESP.

It's the rule of law in the real world and with very few exceptions. If you are a self employed individual obviously you are not beholden to hire a black male. I'm talking about most employers in this country.

The hell it is. Only government and government contractors.
A common principle is that whether for admissions or employment, affirmative action programs such as targeted recruitment and goals are encouraged to remedy past effects of discrimination; quotas are disfavored. ... Private employers who receive no public funding are not required to adopt affirmative action policies.

I didn't say anything about affirmative action policies. Not in that post you quoted, and not in the earlier post. Do you not understand what I posted? Rhetorical question - obviously you don't since you've gone off into a different hemisphere.

Lots of name calling, but no substance. That says more about you than those you call names. You provided ZERO evidence, unless you were discussing Fred Trump. I am not a right winger and already made it clear that I am not a trump fan. I do find it odd that you justified your name-calling with:

. So I guess its okay because Donnie does it. Aside from becoming what you don't like, do you have anything to say about the topic?
