No Russian bombers flew near Japanese air space.

Poland and Russia share a common border.
Give me a freaking break. Most of the military small arms in the world today are either American made AR's or Russian made AK's.

When we started to rebuild the Afghan army and the Iraqi army the United States bought AK-47's from Russia to rearm those armies with.

When Obama armed the "JV Team" (ISIS) Obama armed them with AK-47's.

It matters unless you're a liberal.

    Liberal have no honor.

Liberals don't honor Americas promises made to our allies or red lines drawn in the sand.

The liberals just not backed stabbed the American soldier while he was still on the battlefields in Vietnam but also back stabbed South Vietnam by refusing to honor the promise if North Vietnam violated the Paris Peace Accords and invaded South Vietnam that the Americans would bomb the crap out of North Vietnam.

    Only AKs?

U.S. officials are expressing concern about a budding arms pact between Iran and Russia estimated to be worth more than $10 billion, according to State Department officials who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon and expressed alarm over the “increased Iranian military capability.”

Iran’s negotiations with Russia for new weapons and military hardware come after senior officials in Tehran dismissed the recent election of Donald Trump and warned his incoming administration against taking a firmer stance against the Islamic Republic’s continued military buildup.

Iran is angling to purchase T-90 tanks, artillery systems, and aircraft from Moscow
that are expected to keep the Islamic Republic fully armed over the next several years, according to reports in Iran’s state-controlled media.

    As usual...ya nailed it huh?

They are more than competitors and less than enemies. "Adversary" is the best I can think of. Definitely not our friend. Let's not forget that they attacked us by interfering in our elections.

I don't know what would be the proper term to define Americans who place another country's interest before that of our country. "Traitors" seems to be a bit too much. But "unpatriotic" is too weak.

    "Renegades"... maybe?

Once again we hear some Democrats reciting Hilary Clinton's call to go to war against Russia. In this, some in the Democratic Party has gone full suicidal - literally - so outraged at Clinton's defeat that some what 5 billion people to die a nuclear holocaust. There is an insanity that has taken hold inside Democrat circles, such as the poll for which many younger Democrats want the earth destroyed by an asteroid. Destruction of everything and everyone seems the foremost platform of the NEW Democratic Party.

"Russia has patrolled the region regularly since August 2007."

Who was President in 2007 again?

    2. So Iran only has Russian small arms?

    3. Where was Conservative honor when Bush sat by doing nothing while Russia invaded a US ally?

This is what the global super rich want and the purpose of the sanctions against Russia - to not only reboot the Cold War but to escalate it as much as possible. The more Russia arms adversaries the more the neocons and super rich will profit in money, jobs and power. The MSM/press owned by the global super rich and now the Democratic Party are recreating the 1950s McCarthy era on steroids. Probably soon they will return to having schools doing nuclear attack drills to scare children as much as possible for another generation of Red Scare trillions more in profits, jobs and power.

In other words, they compete with us, and they are willing to cooperate with other nations that support their goals, even if those other nations are not pristine in their actions.

How does this make them worse than our current leadership, which feels anything goes as long as the US ends up on top?

That's your real agenda, and it has nothing to do with Russians.

We have both freedom of speech and freedom of association in the US. You are all barking up a tree that has nothing wrong with it.

So on the one hand we have Russia supplying Iran with 10 billion in tanks, artillery systems, and aircraft in return for what? Influence? Friendship? Great friends there huh?

And your false equivalency is 1.3 billion in interest we owed them for frozen assets as part of a deal that kept them from becoming a nuclear power?

Are you even SERIOUS with that bullshit?

The interesting thing about Trump Jr's meeting with the Russian lawyer is it brings to light the ramifications of the Magnitsky Act. I know I had never heard of this before, or if I did it certainly did not register in any of my memory banks, let alone what this had to do with adoption of children. If you click on the link, you will see this bill passed with bipartisan support in 2012 in response to the work and death of Sergei Magnitsky. The law itself was intended to punish Russia for the death of Magnitsky for exposing massive fraud and human rights violations and in essence affected 18 top Russians from being able to conduct banking in the US.

As a counter move, the Russian State Duma banned 18 Americans from entering the Russian Federation based on their claim of human rights violations. One of the people on that list is Preet Bharara, former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, who was fired on March 11 by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The reason for Preet being included on this list appears to be based upon the case he worked on the case to bring in Viktor Bout, an international arms smuggle based in Moscow.

However, what is puzzling is the timing of Preet's dismissal, considering he met with Trump in November asking Preet to stay on, which he agreed to do. Marc Kasowitz, Donald Trump's attorney, is said to have told Trump about Preet, "this guy is going to get you."

There are a lot of moving parts and people involved in nefarious actions surrounding Trump. No one thing in and of itself is damning, but in totality the picture is starting to get sharper, at least for those with eyes to see.

Oh...So you want me to name one thing that Russia has been proven to do, except what has been proven they did?

    That's funny!

You made me laugh and, in the process, you have also proven my point! Only thing you didn't do is answer my question: is "Renegades" a good term? .Or should I leave it at unpatriotic?

Russia has been an Enemy of the USA for at least 80 years. First in the guise of the commie USSR, then under Putin's kleptomaniacal autocracy.

Seems you are completely ignorant of history or simply incredibly narrowminded.

You don't seem to be grasping what is going on.

I guess you believe Putin wasn't involved because he proclaimed his innocence when "confronted" by der donald.

Jr. actively and eagerly engaged with somebody he thought was representing the Russian government in their efforts to support his father's political campaign who claimed to have damaging information on Hillary. He involved Kushner and Manafort who REPRESENT the Trump Campaign.

That you allow partisanism to excuse this shameful immoral and unethical behavior which clearly speaks to self interest over patriotism, is yet another pathetic example of how bumpersticker partisanism in action.

Any detente with Russia has been sabotaged by the left so it's very likely Iran will be getting those T-90's.

And every day with the Russians are coming witch hunt, there are more questions surfacing about the Obama administration than with Trump.

Starting to look like an organized conspiracy to take down President Trump.
