How big is the talent pool is a very good question. And if there are not demographically representative numbers of folks who are qualified for top level positions in the US, wouldn't it be wise to address that in some fashion so that, someday, there might be?

So then there IS something fishy about Obama's choice for AG.
Not only was she buddies with Eric Holder but she chaired a committee
on his policies.I think she may have been somewhat involved in making sure
Dinesh D'Souza got targeted.I'm researching that involvement.
Lynch may also be involved in completing Holder's investigation of
Zimmerman and also Ferguson.Which would make her an abject hack
appointment.

But we must all keep in mind how nice the Maintream media was to
Bush's guy { Alberto Gonzales }.Like Not.The way this MSM totally gives
Holder every pass in the book.They hardly mentioned his being found
in Contempt.First time ever for an Attorney General.I think the MSM spent at best
around 30 seconds covering Holder's Contempt charge.
Yet Holder unlike Gonzales is a big overgrown Cry baby.Consistently cries
about how Oh Woe is Me.They just won't quite pickin' on a Black man.

Obama entered the Oval Office.of course we all know how legal it is to
assassinate a head of state like { Gaddahfi } and then have the Secretary of

On CBS this morning the panel agree'd that Obama lacks Humility.
Then we read in Fridays meeting with Republican leaders it got heated.
Obama even practically told Joe Biden to shut up.

About 2% of CEOs are black . Are you trying to make an issue about something ?
Blacks are 13%of the total population . What % are holding jobs in the biggest government on the planet and what percent runs that biggest government. Since your making another inequality post I'll answer it for you . Of total black employment the feds are at 40% . The biggest government is the U.S. and the CEO is Obama , that makes that position 100% . Yeah we're a racist country , keep trying to hold on to the past because your accusations aren't realized in the present .Unless you want them to be ?
