Why do foreigners care more about US politics than their own?

Any bright ideas you want to take from Africa, the Middle East, etc? Or only ideas from white countries?

    "
This is a trend I’ve seen all over the internet. It’s nearly always the Europeans, Canadians and Australians with the ultra-liberal viewpoints and interest in the United States. It baffles me because as an American, I could care less about what they do behind their own curtain. I also find it interesting that these same people want to turn the United States into countries like these. What do all these countries have in common? They are predominantly all white. In fact, they are way less diverse than the United States is.
Why is it that they never want to mirror what a brown country does? I mean, these are the “anti-racists”, aren’t they? Sure doesn’t seem like it."

In fact Europeans watch what the US does in order to AVOID falling into your rabbitholes. We don't want you to become like us, we are risk adverse to becoming like you.
One of the biggest problems the US has is that it doesn't know much of anything about other places. You often assume history started in 1776 and insist that you are not the product of générations of European development. We just smile as you would at an adolescent child.

So what good ideas from "Brown countries" have the US adopted?
In terms of France, we still support 5 "brown" ex colonies who also send representatives to the French Assemblée Générale. We encourage their économies and support them where necessary.
What does the US do to assist historical connections?

The idea that you can hunt down and add on cultural markers to another is highly dubious. History and tradition must always be part of the current culture.

Fortunately for you, France will soon be a brown country. Your kind will be fleeing for the hills in the upcoming decades.

As usual you have no idea what you are talking about. Here is a quote from Justin Trudeau.

    And, note the bolded equipment.

I think ‘care’ is the wrong word to use and if the US stayed behind it’s ‘own curtain’ I think the world would very much appreciate that. Unfortunately, the US doesn’t and so the vast majority of the world, which by the way isn’t white, lives in fear of what it will do next. Not long ago everyone cared about what the British Empire was doing because of its power and economic dominance, now no one even mentions it. All empires decline and as the US one does, just like Britain, you’ll find no one cares anymore.

Perhaps you would be kind enough to give me a link to the European or Australian Political chat rooms that you frequent?

** Also what is your posting name? I would love to read all of the content you have added to those boards.

Assuming one would have to be fluent in Japanese and/or Korean, I am going to say that this number cannot possibly be very large. Logically it would have to be infinitesimal. Just because you make the statement does not mean in any manner that this is anywhere near comparable to the shocking number of Europeans and Australians on this board.

Would you be kind enough to provide a link to Americans on either a Japanese or Korean political chat board? I would love to see this.

You are such an opportunist. You really are deluded enough to think that violent Islamists haven't murdered, raped and maimed in Europe?

From Rushdie to Rowling — how identity politics turned violent.

"JK Rowling was subjected to yet another death threat in the wake of the sickening attack on Salman Rushdie. For Rowling is Rushdie to the woke set. With her gender-critical views, she disgusts the preachers of correct thought as much as Rushdie disgusted the clerics of Iran. To the woke ayatollahs of the trans movement and its noisy allies in the media, Rowling is a blasphemer, an utterer of profanity, an apostate of PC. They threaten her with death, as Islamists did with Rushdie. They burn her books, as mobs did with The Satanic Verses. They dream of silencing her, as Iran dreamt of silencing Salman. It isn’t only regressive religious elders who issue fatwas against dissenting writers these days."

"‘Don’t worry you are next’, a man tweeted at Rowling when she expressed horror over the stabbing of Rushdie. In this instance the vile intimidator of Ms Rowling seems to be someone with Islamist leanings. That makes a change. Normally the people who threaten Rowling with death – or assault, or rape – are adherents to the cult of transgender rather than the cult of radical Islam. In July a tweeter with the trans flag in his bio posted Rowling’s family address alongside an image of a bomb-making handbook. Another expressed his desire to ‘kill TERFs’ and said to Rowling: ‘I hope you fit in a hearse, bitch.’ Social-media sites overflow with deranged fantasies about Rowling dying a violent death. Seeing someone say to Rowling ‘Bitch I’m gonna kill you’ has become shockingly normal in the 2020s. Probably as normal as it was to hear hardline Muslims say ‘Rushdie must die’ as they chatted after prayers in Tehran back in the day."

"The Ayatollah Khomeini’s famous quote that “There are no jokes in Islam. There is no humor in Islam. There is no fun in Islam. There can be no fun and joy in whatever is serious,” is the mantra of the far left as well:" THAT’S NOT FUNNY! Hysterical Reinhart Meme Goes Viral After Twitter Ban.

Does your comparison of extremist violent Islam mean Rowling is also capable of such atrocities? Your parallel is nonsense.
OF COURSE I AM AWARE OF THE EVILS OF EXTREMIST ISLAM . I was living in France during the Charlie Hebdo issue for example. We had a teacher stabbed by a students for discussing the image of Mohammed in class.
And to compare religious dogmatic réaction to someone who has opinions about gender identity is a real overreach to attempt to find an equivalency. Those who react to the opinion of others by threats of violence are seriously disturbed.
However western society, written into constitutions, laws and even some faiths, defend freedom of speech. It is the LAW which limits that by référence to incitement to violence being punishable as well as harassment and threats of violence/attempted violence because they cut across freedom of speech.
These sanctions have rightfully been tightened up recently. When extremists express an opinion by active violence, they need restraining. And repeated expressions threatening active violence need investigating.

    Pardon?
France has been hosting middle class white people as temporary and permanent résidents for years. Including à flood of white Brits for at least 25 years.
Approximately 5% of the French population is non white.
Around 11% of the UK population is not white.
