Why Do People Keep Saying American Infrastructure is "crumbling"?

    Because he was right on infrastructure, but wrong on most other things? Or, do you think that because he was right on infrastructure, he must be right on all things?

    I don't think he was right on infrastructure. But he was right on other things.
