It is you that does not understand that dictionary definitions relating to common language usage are not science. It is you that thinks that if something is a law that this is justification for that law. It is you that uses logical fallacies such as "everyone knows the zygote is a human" and thinks this constitutes support for your claim.

You should give it up Gifted. Whaler will always think anything with the adjective human after it is in fact a human person. So human feces = person, human hand = person, human heart = person, human fingernail = person. All those things will be people to him since the term 'human' is used to describe them. Besides that I think it's beating a flippin' dead horse at this point.

An adjective does describe a noun by definition. Your claim was: any noun that follows the adjective (human) is a human. This is clearly false. A human heart, a human cell, and human feces are not human beings.

Your clarification was nonsense and you continue to misuse words in a disingenuous way.
