What do you mean "so what?" That's the whole reason Hillary and the Dems are crying about this in the first place. Where have you been?

The Middle East (The Crucible of Empires).

He's living up to his campaign promises.

Besides only a handful were withdrawn.

Allies are allies very temporarily, and today's enemies are tomorrow's friends.

This region is between the S-h-i-t-e-s and Sunnis.

Don't wanna see strife anywhere, but these factions are irreconcilable.

You are wrong. The major reason is the Russian interference. Congress and/or the 2020 election will take care of the present President.

Trump backed down on holding next year’s Group of 7 meeting at his luxury golf club near Miami, a swift reversal after two days of intense criticism from both parties.

Of course, in doing so, he did his usual thing. He lied. That has become a daily occurrence.

“I thought I was doing something very good for our country by using Trump National Doral, in Miami, for hosting the G-7 leaders,” Trump wrote on Twitter, before promoting the resort’s amenities :)roflol:). “But, as usual, the hostile media & Democrat partners went CRAZY!”

“I thought I was doing something very good for our country by using Trump National Doral, in Miami." I am sure he meant that as a joke. He thinks his stupid boasting is funny. It's not. It makes our President look like horse's a$$.

Democrats have this thing about violating our Constitution -- in this case, the emoluments clause -- but it wasn't just Democrats.

Trump knew he was inviting criticism by choosing his own luxury golf club in Miami G7 summit in June. He told his many aides who were opposed to the choice that he was prepared for the inevitable attack from Democrats. In fact, it could be argued, he invited the scorn from Democrats. That's why he did what he did. Typical Trump, in other words. His fans love it.

But what Trump was not prepared for was the reaction of fellow Republicans who said his choice of his club had crossed a line they couldn’t defend.

So Trump did what he has never done before in his Presidency. He reversed himself, abruptly ending the uproar touched off two days earlier.

Of course, as has been pointed out several times on this thread, creating uproars is what Trump does best, but he is facing impeachment and he needs the Trump Republicans in the Senate. He has already piss them off with his cowardly decisions in Syria, and his chief of staff suck the air out their argument that Trump did no commit quid pro quo when asking for foreign interference in our Presidential election to benefit himself.

Yup, that is what he is doing. "It's time to bring our soldiers back home." — Trump said at a news conference on Wednesday. When are Trumpets going to learn? Trump lied again.

Defense Secretary Mark Esper said the current plan calls for all U.S. troops who are leaving Syria to go to western Iraq, not home.

Trump ordered all 1,000 troops to leave Syria. Are you really that uninformed? It is not the number of troops that matters. It is the fact that no nation in the Middle East, including Turkey, wants to engage American troops. Even with the cowardly Trump as C-in-C, that would be suicide.

American troops act as a buffer to prevent invasion. Trump removed the buffer, betraying an ally, and Turkey invaded immediately.

    Now you are informed.

I listened to what he said.

Once again, Trump supporters should be commended for not using Trump's statements to defend Trump. In defense of his Syrian decision, Trump's statements are filled with lies.

Among numerous lies, he imagines what his critics are saying, then he criticizes them based on what he imagined. "We never agreed to protect the Kurds for the rest of their lives," Trump said today in a cabinet meeting. That is quite true. On the other hand no one has ever said that. His detractors have said he betrayed the Kurds who eliminated ISIS terrorists for us and the Western democracies.

With this and other nonsense, Trump totally embarrassed himself at his cabinet meeting. At one point, like the promoter that he is, Trump bragged about the amenities at his Doral resort, confirming that he is profiting off his Presidency, confirming that he is in violation of the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

He further embarrassed himself by saying a part of our Constitution is phony. “You people with this phony emoluments clause,” Trump said as he took questions from reporters during the Cabinet meeting.

It should be noted, however, that Trump supporters rarely defend Trump. They largely avoid what Trump says and does. Can you blame them?

Though the Donald's cabinet meeting went well; reflecting his straight talk (rather than political rhetoric) and the pursuit of his campaign promises.

Strong economy, military preparedness, confronting China on unfair trade practices, getting troops out of the cesspool of Sunni-S_h_i_t_e violence.

Did you read my post regarding his cabinet meeting? I noticed you avoided everything that post said.

Instead, like all Trumpets and Trump himself, you avoided reality and argued that black is white, night is day.

And the truth is a lie.

The latest Gallup Poll shows a 39% job approval rating for Trump. https://news.gallup.com/poll/203207/trump-job-approval-weekly.aspx

Trump's favorite poll, Rasmussen Reports, shows 44% of likely U.S. Voters approve of Trump’s job performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove. http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/trump_administration/prez_track_oct23

That is quite low for the Trump friendly poll.

What does that mean exactly? It means that roughly 40% of Americans support Trump's cooperation with Russia. Or, Trump's supporters have no idea what is going on and they don't want to know. For example, on PF they have completely ignored the thread that deals specifically with Trump facilitating Russian goals.

It means roughly 40% of Americans support Trump's request for foreign intervention of our Presidential election, asking Ukraine to dig up dirt on his political opponent.

It means roughly 40% of Americans support Trump's extortion of the Ukrainian president, using military aid approved by Congress to compel Zelensky to do his bidding.

Trump's request for foreign intervention in our election and his use of Congressionally approved military aid as a bribe has been confirmed by White House sources, the transcript of the July 25th call and the testimonies of Trump's own advisors, including his acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney. Other witnesses include:

Former U.S. Special Envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker, Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson, E.U. Ambassador Gordon Sondland, Former ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, and Bill Taylor, the acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine.

What is far worse is that Trump Republicans in Congress also approve of Trump's bizarre behavior. As matters stand now, they don't think aiding Putin in his goals, requesting foreign intervention in our elections, and bribery, using Congressionally approved military aid to a nation invaded by Russian forces, is not sufficient to remove Trump from office.

Trump is going down. That is obvious.

And he is going to take the Republican Party with him.

Someone please tell me how Trump is being denied due process. He doesn't want his day in "court." He is stonewalling everything.

The Republicans who made complete fools of themselves today are demanding open hearings.

First, Republicans have as many rights as Democrats in those closed door hearings. Jordan and company do not want you to know that.

Secondly, "Be careful what you wish for." When all this comes out, and it will, it will not be good for Trump.

Republicans protesting the impeachment inquiry say nothing about the mounting evidence against Trump. Without basis, they question only the process. That is because the evidence is damning.

And they are demanding open hearings?

Senate Republicans, McConnell, Graham, Thune, and others have been critical of Trump. According to Trump, they are "human scum."

    That's what he said.

    Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump

The Never Trumper Republicans, though on respirators with not many left, are in certain ways worse and more dangerous for our Country than the Do Nothing Democrats. Watch out for them, they are human scum!
