Why so important right now for Athiests?

    You want to know why??? Because many Athiests on this form are a bunch of blow hard Loud Mouths! ...and I (as a human) tend to get annoyed by them! Usually I just don't bother with them (the extremists) but during my Christmas Holy-day they have a way of really ticking me off...to the point I just have to say something! ...but I'm not one to carry on this (no win) debate since all it does is empower some. I'd rather discuss human issues.

    Heres the way I look at it. I don't think most Christians like that are honestly trying to be rude in what they say I think they honestly believe, due to their religion, that they are right and according to them you and I are screwed if we don't follow their path. I think they are actually trying to help because they feel as though we are misguided and believe that they can guide us to the right path of salvation. They "know whats best for you" so to speak in their mind.

    Or maybe I'm just too nice of a person and give people the benefit of the doubt.

    Fair enough! Have a nice life! You might as well... especially if you believe that you have no soul and will simply cease to exist in any way when your physical body dies....
