You are upset that the thread's title (for which I bear no responsibility) focuses on a stereotype, and because the American public rated Clinton a far better president than the Bush, and that Hillary Clinton leads all proposed opponent is every poll.

Hey, that's just how it is!

You need not get pissy at me as if I were responsible, any more than I decree the incumbent be accorded mediocre numbers.

You're clearly disgruntled, but I can't, in all honesty, claim responsibility for that.

If I were in control, everything would be much, much better.

Did he, or did he only make a fool of himself? Marriage of convenience remember? In the public eye, sure, loving couple, but privately? All business.

Actually I think quite the opposite. As Hillary has repeatedly demonstrated throughout her life.

I think women would. According to a CNN poll 60% of women view her favorably vs. 46% for men.
For the Democratic Presidential nomination Hillary has the support of 67% of women vs. 56% of men.
In a Clinton Bush matchup, women go for Clinton 58-37, men also go for Clinton but by a 51-44 margin
Clinton Paul, Women go for Clinton 62-34 margin while men go for Paul 53-45
Clinton Walker, Women go for Clinton 61-34 men Clinton wins them by a point 49-48 and so it goes on down the line.

The numbers show women firmly in Hillary's corner.

I think many Americans, including myself, believe the men have been f'ing things up for 250 years, let's see how a woman would do. The Brits thought the same thing when Margaret Thatcher became PM, and it turned out that most Brits loved the woman. Republicans themselves were saying that Hillary was an extremely effective senator. Gender might have something to do with my vote but, after Bush, I can't see myself ever voting for another Republican.

There is no credible challenge from the left OR the right. The right seems to have nothing at the present time. Ted Cruz? Jeb Bush? Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina? I don't think so. I've never seen the right so bereft of talent.

Got lots and all the left has is someone sinking under the weight of the garbage they bring along. So who do the Democrats have ready to step in?

Believe me nothing you can say will upset me, you are not that important to me. And no you were stereotyping all men and all women do things because of some innate, sexism. Maybe that is your problem but don't project in on everyone else.

ROFK, Moi?? You are the one getting prissy calling Hillary a moderate and then when asked about it refuse to address it.

Why is that? What are her positions that make her seem moderate to you. Simple question, why the "prissiness"?

No quite content watching your squirm around and not answer questions about your stated view of Hillary. Why the emotional projections instead of a straight answer?

Ahhh it's a control thing with you.

They have Elizabeth Warren who's not yet ready for the Prime Time hammering of a bitterly contested presidential primary . . . and that's about it so far as replacing shop-worn Hillary Clinton is concerned. Never before have I seen the Dem Party field of presidential wannabes . . . so pathetically weak.

And made a fool of in the process, and no she hasn't gotten it yet.

Do you really respect someone with such low self esteem?

    - - - Updated - - -

I know, why Hillary, a woman of little if any accomplishment, who let her husband make a public fool of her because she didn't think enough of herself to walk out and make it on her own.

Ya really have to be a flaming misogynist to call someone who became a Senator and the Secretary of State "a woman of little accomplishment".

(Must be a low self esteem issue :) )

NO politician EVER "makes it on their own" ...how naïve to think so......

so for such an admirer of Clinton , what do you think her greatest mid east accomplishment was? Also can you name me three bills she sponsored as Senator which you think were good pieces of legislation.

Not that I am expecting and answer because you and I both know she accomplished nothing of note in either position. She is just a leech on the taxpayers backside riding on her husbands name

The chronic bellywhingers and their entertainment ministry became hysterical over Clinton's email business, but it never caught the fancy of Americans, and seems already to be going the way of their Benghazi scandal mongering, the "She killed Vince Foster!" smear, etc.

As of now, they seem stuck with their bizarre, "She is a deeply entrenched Washington insider with very little political experience!" plaint.

Democrats would like to see her challenged, especially from the left:

The only way those who Clinton gets in such a tizzy can defeat her is finding a viable opponent that the American electorate prefers.

That was the lesson they failed to learn in '08 and '12. Sniveling is never enough if you can't offer a better alternative.

Bingo! The ritual gratuitous tossing out of the first leftwing political card of the presidential contest! Amem! So let's get to it, shall we? Misogyny Card play. Drink! Thanks.

Note to Self; switch over to non-alcoholic beverage for this stuff, because leftwingers are going to be flinging out that particular card all the damn time for everything under the sun from here on out. Have mercy on your liver!

This seems to be the trope being pushed by the right wing entertainers and parroted by their puppets lately, but presidential elections are basically comparative exercises, and evokes the query "What was the most significant foreign policy accomplishment of her opponent, (Bush, Huckabee, Trump, Paul, Rubio, Cruz, Walker, Santorum, Perry, Carson, Christie, Jindal, Graham, Whoever)?

Carnival Cruz's Canadian heritage may cast him as "Mr Cosmopolitan" in that bunch, and Bush's brother, the current leader, who was last in office in January, 2007, reputedly sleeps with a lady from Mexico, but that hardly makes him an internationally acclaimed proponent of the rights of women or anyone, really.

Not when she did it on her husband's coattails and not her own accomplishments and especially one who routinely made her the public fool.

    - - - Updated - - -

Concerned, the question is why aren't you?

My girlfriend has already told me she's voting for Hillary because she wants a woman President. I have no faith in the left. They are fixated on a minority President. The resume means nothing. So what Hildawg was one of the worst Sec of State? So what she's under investigation.

She deserves to the lead free world!!!!

Is this your way of saying that all she did as NY Senator and Secretary of State was collect a paycheck? I have to wonder why anyone could consider her Presidential material unless of course they are part of the low info crowd. The low info crowd does not care as long as someone has a (D) behind their name, they have been trained the (D) means free stuff

Why do we need somebody to step in? We already have the next president.
