    The video doesn't show the driver "careened" through protestors. The video shows a driver slowly rolling forward in a straight line as people were attacking his vehicle and jumping in front of it. They got hurt doing that? Go figure.

    Despite recent calls from Republican lawmakers to protect their fellow abortion opponents from harm in the wake of Friday’s Supreme Court ruling, the anti-abortion movement has a long history of violence.

    In the last 43 years, anti-abortion activists have committed at least 11 murders, 26 attempted murders, 956 known threats of harm or death, 614 stalking incidents and four kidnappings, according to the National Abortion Federation. The supposedly “pro-life” movement has bombed 42 abortion clinics, set fire to 194 and made 667 bomb threats.

    Pedestrians, no. Protestors, sometimes. In Oklahoma, I think, there's no legal requirement for a motorist to stop for protestors blocking the road.

    you're right, some republican have tried to pass laws making it legal to run over protestors they do not like

    Show us "pro-lifers running them over in trucks"... he is not in post # 58... do you know the driver is a pro-lifer or someone afraid for his life as an angry mob was attacking his truck?

    anyone standing in front of a moving car and blocking it is also in the wrong, but doesn't mean one should run them over

    from what I hear, this truck was waiting at a red light and pulled out to drive through them, is that true?

    wonder how this case will go down, per this, the driver may not be guilty of a crime as it's open season for protestors in Iowa an Oklahoma sounds like

    They were blocking a road. That is illegal and dangerous.

    I have seen conflicting information on the sequence of events.

    I suspect your post or your link is a bunch of BS.
    You cannot just hit someone for protesting in the street you have to be in genuine fear. Laws like this were passed and response to "protesters" ripping people out of their vehicles and beating them half to death

    yeah, I wish they would show us real video, if they surounded the car and beat on it, I would support him speeding up though it

    but if he went from a stopped position at a stop light some cars back and chose to drive through them, that is different

    Treason is defined in the Constitution and nowhere else:

    "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."​

    Hope this helps you understand. Treason? No. Arrest them if they break the law.
