1. Anti-Semitism IS hate, but public statements in opposition to current Israeli policies under Netanyahu, isn't anti-semitic. It's the simple exercise of freedom of speech.
2. Socialism coupled with capitalism is a very good idea to help alleviate the excessive economic disparity that currently exists in America today--a problem caused by unregulated capitalism. Socialism is NOT incompatible with the US Constitution. In fact, many statements in the Preamble are socialist in nature.
3. So, you're saying, if someone disagrees with the party or leaders currently in power, they should not be made welcome. In other words, differences of opinion, or points of view, should not be allowed. How is that compatible with democratic ideals? How is that compatible with the US Constitution? The biggest threat to that U.S. Constitution right now is Trump & his minions currently in power. They are degrading the institutions of government & the Constitution itself.

 

Capitalism survives by taking from the worker & the customer as much money as it possibly can, to give to the wealthy who own & control the businesses, the stocks, & the politicians, & thru them, the governmental agencies that make & enforce the laws. You're right that we're NOT a social democracy. But our "representative republic" represents only the wealthy among us--NOT the average American. I can't think of one single thing Trump or the Republican Party has done since Trump became President, that wasn't done to serve the wealthiest class at the expense of the workers.
