Given you can't answer a simple question, you clearly aren't able to debate. Then again, that's the norm with the right wing. All bluster, no substance.
It is not possible to debate something that is not even being presented. Actually present a point rather than suggesting vague, easily misunderstood notions, and a discussion will be had in response.
He was responding to this: "Efforts are being made to head off the possibility of clashes between Black Lives Matters activists and far-right demonstrators in London this Saturday, as anti-racism activists gear up for another weekend of protests. Black Lives Matters organisers said they had decided to call off a planned protest at Hyde Park at 1pm on Saturday, warning that “many hate groups” were threatening the safety of those planning to come". It wasn't difficult to work out that this was about anti-racists threatened by right wing extremists.
Do you honestly think asking such ludicrous questions is a worthwhile tactic? Crikey, I do worry about America. Post-truthing seems rampant.
Evidently, you have chosen a side. Regardless of its lack of righteousness. As for myself, I think that white-supremacists, or any such groups, and black lives matter, or any such groups, are all a bunch of racists which we would be better off without.
But some of the anti racist folks are equally violent. The far extremes on both sides are worthless to the rest of society. Of course both sides will present themselves at the peaceful victims of the violent others...
We're referring to a protest against racism that is being stopped because of right wing threat. Of course a lefty can be violent, but how's that relevant with what has been said and the ridiculous response received?
That so called anti-racist side is also supporting authoritarian fascism. That's not a side I would choose to join.
Protest against racism have become riots. I have no ideal if that one planned was peaceful or not, but it’s not a huge leap to think it might not be. When they (either side that is) continue to create racial divisions it only compounds the problem. The normal folks I know be they black or white think the same. I’m blessed not to be associating with idiots on either side
Why ask that question? I'm just asking whether gun types think lefties should be wielding guns at these events. The OP brought it up. Given the threat of violence from the right, do you think it should be standard practice by the protesters?
Agree. They riot because they are allowed to riot. See the sad sacks in charge in Seattle as prime examples.
I prefer a 20 round mag in my AR, the 30 rd ones feel “off” to me. I trained with a 30 rd as that is military issue and Lord knows I have a ton of them but I keep 20 rounders in my rifles. Am I the only one?
Totally wrong. Protests celebrate a sense of unity. Riots occur when the police, typically through stupidity, exaggerate an 'us/them' dynamic.
And the threat being, if you attempt to loot and burn our community we will stop you. Seems reasonable to me, stay peaceful and there will be no problem, become violent and there will be a response.
No. 20’s in the rifle, 30’s for spares. Just easier to maneuver in and out of vehicles etc. with a 20.
