    Before they are used, wouldn't they have to be pre-submitted? And isn't there the same problem as with Trayvon's texts, the high standard of proof of who they came from even though they are clearly from her?

    And the GZ haters seem to have embraced the racism, one has even started using the term regularly in their posts. I am a bit surprised at how widely racism is considered so acceptable.

    she impeached herself already with her testimony yesterday saying the phone shut off after martin and zimmerman's initial encounter

    west ain't all that of a lawyer though, he should have cut the jugular on that note, he keeps venturing into the overkill zone

    So the timeline is that she was deposed by Crump and told one story and by the time she is deposed by the police, she tells a different story after having been in contact with Crump. That point is pretty clear.
