How could she hear Trayvon yell for help? Are you parsing? She didn't hear TM yelling for or screaming until she hear the 911 calls... and its doubtful she ever heard TM screaming for his life.

 

All of them know for a fact that Dee is lying, but it has no affect on them. The trial is a revenge trial for the "ladies." This is their glorious opportunity to represent America's white females by collectively punishing the evil, brutish, sexist white man.

I am surprised that the tape of the interview is not in evidence. I would think all taped interviews of all the witnesses would already be there.

 

He proved that she changed her story about what she allegedly heard after meeting withCrump (huge), that she is a habitual liar, that she has an extreme bias, and that what she claims she heard cannot be true given the other evidence.

 

This is getting ever more bizzare ... all legal punditry say what needs to be established ... was yesterday.

 

Not what happened. They didn't plan on making this evidence because they have the transcripts but have to because she is clearly lying and the Prosecution knows it. Watch them object to this new evidence.

 

So what? He is doing a good job and is still far more likeable than the persecution.

 

Yes, she is saying whoever did the transcript incorrectly transcribed her comment, she is also saying (as is the state) that the whole thing was cleared up shortly later but West is doing everything he can not to admit that.

And Don is trying to weasel out of reading the whole relevant part of the transcript. Who knew Dee Dee would be a match for him?
