Zimmerman Trial (Friday July 5th)

The Prosecution presented nothing of significant evidentiary value in their entire case, so....what's your point?

 

I was asking a question I surely cannot answer.
I'm glad yer such the expert on all things regarding this Trial.
Give us the verdict,also.

 

With no evidence against him, only racial bias and emotional hystrionics driving the trial, doesn't he have a point?

Zero changes from Zimms side it was him screaming.

A complete turn from "no" to "yes" from Tracy and waffling by Jaharvis on the Martin side

 

O'Mara need to get Tracy Martin up on the stand a make a BiG deal about
his original,first response when asked { axed } who's voice was it yelphing.
Tracy Martin affirmately said it was NOT his son's voice heard screaming on
the 9-1-1 call.Tracy changed his mind,later.

 

O'Mara will have the option to call Tracy as a Defense witness.

 

Well lemme ask ya dis ... how was Martin responsible for his own death when Zimmy murdered 'em ?

 

We have the only firsthand witness { #6 } testifying under oath he saw
Trayvon on top.And beating down on George,with the obvious upper hand.
Why Would Trayvon be the one screaming,if on top.
Explain yer logic.And the only firsthand eyewitness explaining what he saw.

Tracy first answered no to hearing Trayvon when hearing the 911 tape and Jaharvis is now waffling on the stand.

 

I at least give the kid credit for being honest in the very beginning, with the original reporter. No way in hell his brother is yelling "help", much less for 30 seconds, while he pounds Zimmerman. Trayvon also ignored Jon Goode.

The Martin/Fulton family seems to be a family of liars.

 

How he is not going to listen to them 10 more times ... LOL.

 

Because when someone *walks up to another,especially in a SYG state,
and expects no blowback when sucker punching another is the height of
impudence.It's not much different than a person whose caught speeding by a cop
and with the siren blowing decided to speed up. The situation becomes
aggravated substantially.Whne someone get assaulted and knocked to the ground
with their head being pounded into the pavement,it is not prudent to expect one to
turn the other cheek.
Do You Trayvon defenders actually believe Trayvon had some poetic license
to sucker punch Zimmerman and then climb on top and pummel his head
and Zimmerman had no legal,moral and survival right to defend himself and
his life at all costs.The ultimate cost being to kill the one trying to kill him.
Zimmerman was just supposed to turn the other check.
Are you saying if you were Zimmerman that he should have done what,once on the ground.

O'Mara can call all the cops that heard Tracy Martin say that the voice was not his son's, and then call Tracy Martin.

You need to listen 1000 times before you begin to hear great quotes from the Bible and literature according to the State's audio expert who was not allowed into court.

 

In my opinion this obvious bias testimony hurts the prosecution. Answers of ''I'm not sure, could be'' would be much more believable. This reminds me of when DeeDee said..''And then Travon was hit''.
It cries of..''We will say anything for Travon''

I'm sure the Zimmerman family would be just as bias, it just does not do any good. It compromises other testimony given by the prosecution, it dilutes everything.

The purpose of todays testimony is to allow the defense to insult and slander Martins family in front of the jury.

While not done yet, it seems apparent that the Defense is not going to do a smack-down on the grieving Mother. Unless the Prosecution opens some door with her continuing testimony, I can't see the Defense wanting to keep her up there much longer.

 

With an all women jury going after SAbrina is not a good idea... The state has nothing why tick off the jury...

 

O'Maras' *new* defense after Zimmy waived his right to the stand your gound hearing was to go to the media and racially prejudice the public about Martin ... that is the jury pool.

O'Mara was about too but rested his cross at that moment ... this is because this is an educated dignified family.

 

With Sybrina's continuing testimony, I doubt that the Prosecution will introduce one new bit of evidence. Rather, watch them bring out the clothing with the bullet holes just to milk more emotion from the Mom. They desperately want a crying moment. And they will shove their own witness until they get it. In fact, they will shove the Mom until they see tears with the Jury.
