    Righto.No evidence whatever that Trayvon even gurbled.
    We have that guy { neighbor } who took the photos's of
    Zimmermans head and also Trayvon on the grass just seconds after the
    gun shot was heard.He made no mention of ANY noises associated
    with the body of Trayvon.

    The guy who defended himself. The guy who followed Martin for quite a while askinbg the police to come out because he didn't want to confront that suspected criminal, the guy who was soft spoken and somewhat timid only watching Martin from afar. THAT GUY!

    Or the ballistics expert who was suppose to testify the shot could not have occurred with Martin on top of Zimmerman.
    Or the ME who will testify it was an instant death shot.

    According to predujuical witnesses one of whom changed his story......................they jury will discount that testimony and the rest of the evidence supports it was Zimmerman screaming.

    Other than the mother's prejudicial claim what do you have to prove it was Martin?

    They absolutely do not. The screams don't even sound like help, Martin could have been screaming "you gonna die today MF" for all we know. But it doesn't sound like a kid, anyone with any integrity would have to admit that!

    He DIDN'T believe as neither did the brother. And of course the expert testimony is that no one could determine based on the tapes.

    So tell me when did the mother ever hear Zimmerman scream such that she could discount the possibility it was Zimmerman? Two voices can sound strikingly similar under stress and in a scream.

    Reasonable doubt again, you just can't get around it. That you like the mother WANT it to be Martin does not make it so.
