Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman

I believe he was a teenager. Strictly anecdotal, but when I graduated high school I was 6'1" and 135 pounds of pure eating machine. I am now slightly less tall and 65 pounds heavier.

It is also my understanding that teenagers can tend to be skinny.

 

If you go by counting the pages yourself, ignoring the page number, it is the 6th page down. Trayvon is the first one listed on that page as victim. Zimmerman's is the last one on the page listed as subject.

 

That letter was written by Zimmerman's father. Which is fair. I would expect any father to defend their child. However, he states that Zimmerman never followed Martin, which we know from the 911 call is not true.

 

Everything I have stated in this thread is known through the facts in the case, of which I cited, and the claims of the witness.

If you have a news story indicating that somehow my citation is incorrect I welcome it.

Indeed it does say that. You are certainly correct in that claim.

However, there appears to be conflicting information. Tell you what. Why don't we wait until the coroners report comes out and we will go by that to settle this?

 

Inadmissable unless there is proof of a recording of that conversation.
They could have been talking about anything.Like how many Pink
skittles there are in a bag of Skittles.
The girl can certainly give an account of that conversation but it has to
be qualified.it's like saying well Judge I did E-mail the person many times.
You will need just one example however of an E-mail.Without any
E-mails brought forth,all for nought.
It's called evidence.

 

And perhaps that could possibly be the result...OR, his attorney's could suppress evidence, make a case for lack of impartial jury thus changing the venue, they could show police procedural error, or he could be put before a jury that finds him not guilty.

When events are politicized and made highly public fair trials become next to impossible, mistakes are made, etc.

Many times people feel they are doing the right thing with their very loud and selective outrage and end up producing an effect opposite of what they wish for.

 

No they are not, I just proved it, even though you can't seem to find it, does not make it imaginary.

 

Good idea, maybe you should have thought of that before posting bogus crap for 2 days on several threads saying the same thing over and over and not checking out the real facts as they now stand in the case.

By all means, please feel free to counter anything I have posted. I welcome it. I do enjoy a good exchange of ideas.

However, simply saying something was bogus does not make it so.

 

Feigning ignorance once again? You were posting media reports, not facts and those media reports have not been accurate. Do you believe everything you read?

 

I have not said anything about Sharpton or O'Donnell, nor are they the topic of this thread. I have no desire to participate in any such tangent.

If you wish to take me to task on something I did say or something I was discussing, then please do. But please leave me out of these sort of things.

The people on the Left are a very deceptive and dishonest group, they are!

I find it disturbing that this latest case, just like the Martin Lee Anderson case a few years back, the Left tried to portray a street "thug "as a sweet innocent youth by having to dig pictures out from YEARS AGO in an attempt make their kid look all cleaned and scrubbed and a distinguished member of the Baptist Church youth choir!

Will the irony in this remarkable case of victimization never end!

 

You stated from news media that Martin was 6'3" and weighed 140 lbs. I have shown you that to be inaccurate with the police report.

 

The phone records prove it.

 

You have shown that the police report says something different, which I noted. I also noted there was really no way to know whose citation was completely accurate, so I asked that we review, together, the coroner's report and allow that to be the deciding factor.

You stated reports from the media that were inaccurate, according to the official police report. As of right now, those are the facts in the case. Face it, you did not do your homework before posting information that was proven incorrect.

If they had the actual phone conversation that would be The Smoking Gun.
But we don't.I'm glad we have that 9/11 call.Just imagine if we

Yea, if we didn't have that we wouldn't know that Zimm was acting reckless, profiling Martin, and the initial aggressor because he pursed Martin.
