big savings....hard to believe SCOTUS will kick cancer kids off their insurance, and make granny pay more for her meds....
The senior saves less than $50/month but it costs the tax payers about $80 to provide that savings. There are better plans out there and the best ones have no government involvement at all.
And how 'bout them evil private insurance companies, eh???: Experts say pharmaceutical companies may continue the discounts voluntarily, even without the law, to keep patients on brand-name drugs and to avoid disruptions for seniors.
lol... the seniors are going to get screwed the hardest as less doctors become available to them. Their care level will plummet.
No one is excluded... what you really did is stop it from being a consumer choice and turned it into a FREE for all... thus there will be greater demands on a shrinking pool of doctors. The result, less time and care for seniors. Obamacare screws seniors as their bucket of money is now being used for non-seniors.... watch the deterioration happen.
more demand for a skill....leads to less people with that skill? that hardly seems to jive with economics 101
It jibes precisely if those with the skill aren't free to earn what the market will bear. If they are forced into getting paid only what the government thinks they're worth...they will gain skills in something else. That is personal economics 101.
IF seems to be the key word here. You seem to be confusing Obamacare with some other system. More evidence that most people railing against Obamacare have no idea what they're talking about and have been sucked into the RW fearmongering propaganda.
Why not start by getting the illegals out of here that Ubama puts ahead of real Americans. He sure has a real heart doesn't he.
Not if they can't get the proper education for it. Alot less students going that way. Why go to school when everything under Ubama is going to be a handout.
Each and every doctor that accepts government patients. How do you not know this? They have their prices set artificially.
not all patients are govt patients, not all doctors are required to accept govt patients, and all that shows is an incentive to see more patients....not less
While I agree, I'm beginning to think the USSC won't agree. If history is a reliable guide, the USSC is notorious for being pragmatic instead of Constitutional, just look at Social Security and other programs like it.
ObamaCare has put such a large burden on the insurance system that it has increased the amount of claims denied. So, now not only are we "privilege" with seeing our premiums jump 10%-20% each and every year, we will also enjoy fighting insurance companies to pay for our medical expenses. http://www.californiainsurancelitig...denied-26-percent-of-all-health-insurance-cl/
It's pretty obvious the more you let in to massive gov't program, the more the benefits must be spread out over that larger number.
as if... Thats such BS !! All the leftys crying when BUSH gave the elder prescription drug coverage. Now Obama is taking credit for it.
