These Hands - Romney ad smacks Obama's "you didn't build that" line

Yeah. Obama was talking about the infrastructure that allows entrepreneurs who actually make stuff to do business. The businesses did not build the roads and sewers, but need them, and they should put back into the system in exchange for the infrastructure.

This goes over the heads of vulture capitlaists like Mittens because they don't make stuff to make money.

 

Yup, whether they have what it takes to get rich or not, they thionk that vulture capitalism is going tpo make them rich.

Where do you think the taxes came from to build those roads? The Top 50% pay 96% of the taxes. The top 5% pay 50% of the taxes.

They did build those roads, bridges, and the infrastructure. But, the Barack Obama statement went beyond infrastructure and insulted all of those that worked hard to build their own business.

It's OK, though, we don't expect right-wingers to question their sources of information.

 

Anybody who fails to understand that Obama was saying that the people who own businesses did not build the infrastructure that makes business possible and thinks that Obama said that the business people did not build their businesses either did not hear the whole sentence from which the sound bite was taken, is a freaking moron.

Another fail. That's why I'm glad Romney's ad played the entire quote instead of just the one part. It's actually impossible to say he was speaking about the infrastructure when he didn't mention the infrastructure in proximity to the statement. English just doesn't work like that.

The entire speech actually was to mock those who built a business and are proud of it. He said he's always struck by people who think they're smart for building a business. He just didn't realize it was going to bite him in the ass like it did.

 

My how wrong and ignorant liberals are. Romney took advantage of the American dream, he started Bain and sold Bain after turning it into one of the most successful companies in America. The only silver spoon on this forum is you government welfare recipients that are jealous of Romney because you haven't the intelligence to do what he did. Go watch the video of that speech. Obama was saying that the businesses did not build the infrastructure. He said that we all contribute to each other's success.
