Absolutely. This is not the work of "statists," the federal government, nor Obama. It's some local busy body getting a bee in their bonnet. The government bureaucrat in question probably wishes this never got dumped in his lap but he knows there is probably some agitator out there with a pen, pad and video camera waiting to rain on his parade. I see this at work all the time. I do so much stuff that I don't agree with just because I know if I don't some adult tattletale will cause a fuss. I was shocked when I first entered the work force at one of my first real jobs after college. I got called into my boss' office and was told about an a written complaint about me violating some obscure company rule that didn't hurt anyone nor the company. I was dumbstruck. I hadn't been tattled on since I was a child. As time went on I realized this tattle tale behavior goes on all the time.

 

So it would appear after my Constitutional law seminar for retards I am going to have to put on a general law clinic for morons.

I completely understand the townships views on this being that part of my wife's job entails oversight of and compliance to regulations necessary to receive state and federal block grant money for a five county region of NC. Part of this is meals on wheels and there are regulations and standards as it pertains to food.

They are handling this wrongly though and I bet they are doing it because somebody is losing federal and state dollars due to this. Yup. More likely than not some fat rich WHITE democrat is seeing a community getting things together and cutting into his money (our tax dollars) and wants it stopped.

Just because I disagreed with a blatantly unconstitutional remedy doesn't mean I'm happy about hungry kids. I was just pointing out the irony of trumpeting the egregious violation of the Constitution as a remedy for a perfectly legal government action someone doesn't like while screaming about "statists." If someone is trying to get a convincing argument across that is not the way to do it.

IDK about the Constitutionality of the townships full actions and therefore unconstitutional remedies were mentioned. I agree with the legality of some of the components as they are related to health and welfare but the resolution was improper. The regional HCCBG management entity should have been brought in here.

The law clearly states not only will you not be sued or arrested if you make a good faith attempt to help someone in certain cases the law compels you to help or at a minimum not leave the scene. I have no idea what that gobbledygook you typed was supposed to prove or illustrate. You may elaborate if you wish.
