This thread is about the independent Gallup poll which shows the unemployment rate at 7.5%. It didn't say anything about U3.

The executive order was to allow each state to determine it's ruling process on the work requirement, whether they wanted to keep it, remove it or amend it in some way.

If someone is collecting an unemployment check, then they are registered, even if their state doesn't require them to seek work, otherwise how would they receive a check if they aren't in the system?

Why do we have to keep explaining to you how Unemployment is counted? It has nothing to do with who is on Unemployment benefits. They're two different things. You can be counted as unemployed and not be on benefits. The only requirement to being counted as unemployed is if you've been looking for work in the past 4 weeks. Neither the BLS or Gallup even look at EDD enrollment numbers.

 

Everyone knows the Unemployment numbers are cooked.

We need at least 150,000 or better just to keep up with population growth.

Actually no, I am saying right now its 4%. I took people who died who were still working and put them back on the job, subtracted out a few million jobs as them no long existing and added in 10 million jobs in green energy by just assuming they were created from all the money we wasted on them.
