Amazing how hundreds or thousands can keep such a secret, eh?

Did you pull that claim from the rectal department? Most 9/11 truthers I know are just idiots, "anarchist" types.

Gee, I don't know. Possibly because you asked me about the "raw numbers" that come from the Department of Labor?

Let me say again, for the third and last time, that ideological mates need not engage in a "conspiracy" per se in order to pursue the same goals. I see you are very careful to lay out trap after trap but I'm not stepping in any of them.

But the numbers I've discussed, and that everyone knows, are the same for the Department of Labor and Obama as they are for the Gallup folks. So you tell me why they both cooked the books using the same flawed math? Just coincidence perhaps?

Leave it to liberals to celebrate high unemployment.

How many jobs did the last Republican administration provide at a rate of -750,000 per month?

Has anyone ever disputed the Bush job numbers near the end of his term? In other words, there's nothing preventing you or Romney from saying that Obama is losing 850,000 jobs per month. Just do it. We make our own reality in this world.

Maybe you should inform yourself of the different ways to calculate unemployment. . .ALL these ways are used by the Bureau of Labor statistics, and ALL the different ways show a decrease in the unemployment rate.

For example U-1 gives the unemployment statistics ONLY for the % of people seeking employment who have been unemployed for 15 weeks or over. (obviously, this % will be smaller than the "official" unemployment rate)
And U-7 gives the unemployment statistics for ALL people who are seeking employment, even those who are under employed or "discouraged" workers who have dropped out and are no longer seeking employment. (obviously, this % will be greater than the official unemployment rate).

But the most commonly used (official) unemployment statistics (U-5) shows all unemployed people as part of the labor force. This is the measurement that fell to 7.6.

What's truly stupid is ratcheting up this Rube Goldberg style straw man about a vast conspiracy that reaches throughout the government and involves necessarily thousands of people.

You folks are alleging this. Not me or anyone else I know of. All it takes to try and make the failed math of reduced unemployment numbers work out are a few key people in the Department of Labor that collects the raw BLS data and then announces these imaginary findings to the public. That's all! No "conspiracy" needed. Gallup is merely piling on trying to pull Obama's butt out of the fire that Hilda Solis lit. Occam's razor, indeed!

Funny, that is what conservatives said last year, and the year before. And it has gone down down down.

What a stupid strawman, eh? You didn't claim there was a vast conspiracy. Just one between BLS and Gallup to "cook the books."
