    Well as a soldier I can say this article is full of (*)(*)(*)(*). Most in the armed forces are not happy with Obama...or really any politician.

    That's bull, mis and disinformation.

    He's NOT anti-Military.

    Just because someone doesn't serve does NOT mean they are / make them anti-Military.

    It is, however, the exact opposite.

    The majority of the Military does NOT want obamayomama as "Commander in Chief." Civil service, on the other hand, is a totally different story.

    I know this is late in the game.

    At least 75% of the U.S. Military wanted Ron Paul for President when he was in the running.

    Obamayomama's all about Military cutbacks.

    Romney's all about keeping a strong U.S. Military, and beefing it up even more so, especially our U.S. NAVAL SHIPS because we have less ships now than ever before.

    Romney understands that this isn't the time for Military cutbacks. He knows and understands what's going on in and around the world, especially in the Middle East.

    Romney is wrong. And the military needs more people and not as much new STUFF. Romney just wants to buy more STUFF from his military manufacturer buddies (bet on it).

    The problem with major military cutbacks is that spooling back up to meet a military threat takes 'years!' Having worked in aerospace, typical programs run 3-5 yrs min from authorization to a product, with final qualification/certification possibly taking another year..

It is no wonder Obama is circling the drain with such childish supporters making liberals look like immature, dishonest people. They ignore valid polls like this one in favor of dishonestly pretending the amount of money donated somehow equates to the number of people who support a presidential candidate. It use to surprise me how blatantly dishonest some liberals are, but now I see they just don't care how retarded they look as long as they get attention. :lol:

    Does Obama want to cut back on the military? Or does he just want to keep military spending constant and not increase it?
    I suppose if you compare that plan to Romney's, 'give the military a lot more than they want and figure out how to use it latter,'
    then it might seem like a cut back to some.

    That said, I think that military spending should be cut back. (this, coming from someone who works as a military contractor)
    Its sort of ridiculous when we're spending more than any other country in the world on military,
    more than the top 14 next biggest spenders combined, the majority of which are our allies,
    and yet at the same time we have all these other expenditures, plus a mountain of debt.
    It is for certain that we do not want to compromise our security, sequestration is
    not a good idea, but we do in fact have other priorities we need to sort out.

    The phrase 'giving the military what they want' is false!

    The military ALWAYS wants MORE, but I'm sure were under orders to cut to the bone as to what they need as a bare minimum and meet pentagon (ergo Obama Def Dept) orders!

    People should understand what makes a country and what destroys it... 16 Trillion dollars in debt is not a good record, another four years and this debt would surely amout to 20 Trillion... it is your money and should know what to do with it.

    I think a lot of people will find this clip rather disturbing. Those predictions of the demise of the American way of life and culture are being fullfilled while the politicians bury their heads in the sand.

    Remember when we were told to watch Fox News on a Sunday night that was going to air something about Obama and we watched but never saw anything! Well, read below and click on the video to see why it got pulled before it could air.

    Now we know why Fox News never broadcast it as they had originally planned to. This piece was pulled.

    That poll was of high ranking enlisted, officers, and retirees, many of whom haven't been in the service for decades. It's not indicative of the rank and file enlisted and young officers in the OP who far outnumber them.

    You are and now you've admitted just how dishonest and untrustworthy you are. Thanks for that! Your thread title is "Armed forces overwhelmingly support Obama". The Armed Forces are our rank and file enlisted and young officers, not the retired. Those are called Veterans. Regardless, taking a subset and then pretending it is indicative of the whole is a patently dishonest and (*)(*)(*)(*)ty move. Congrats on exposing yourself for everyone to see! :lol: The more liberals try to pretend they are honest, decent human beings, the more they reveal just why liberals are despised.

    The Military Times poll was overwhelmingly skewered towards it's subscribers, high ranking officers, high ranking enlisted, and retirees. From the poll:


    So. The Times polled mostly officers and high ranking enlisted in numbers totally opposite of the actual makeup of the services.
