Those officers were simply trying to help her out so she didn't harm herself. I say she should've been charged with injurying the officer with her SUV. He was put under arrest because he was video taping the police. Too much of this occurs and they abuse their power. This is another overall point to this thread, cops abusing their power and we, as citizens, have limited power against it. It's either rebel against it or have your life shattered because that arrest may stay on your record for a long time. Not to mention now a dead dog because of it. Even made the owner watch him execute his dog, horrible. No reason for any of it and I can guarantee you that the statement from that police department will be 'We found that the officers acted appropriately and we regret that the dog had to be shot. Why was Any use of force used to detain/arrest the person in the video for merely video taping public servants in public venues; from my understanding, there is even less reasonable "expectation" of privacy from the public sector in public venues. I would like to take this time and opportunity to petition for redress of grievances, Acts which may be considered repugnant to Article 4, Section 2 of our supreme law of the land when used to justify the use of force for only those privileged enough to to work in the public sector even without having to join a public sector political party.
