Actually, I argued with numerous conservatives who thought exactly as you do, that Cliven Bundy was somehow a "bum" who was "mooching" off the land, as if someone could actually "mooch" off something that nature provided.

But I'm not sure the situations are comparable, since Bundy didn't go out looking for trouble, it came to him.

 

Since courageous and brave are terms of admiration, I guess we know who she supports. And CNN if they support this instigative reporter.

 

I think she was searching for the right word, and "courageous" came out, and then "brave" (a synonym of courageous - almost there but not quite...), when the word she was looking for is "bold".

 

I bet you think in war that the other side isn't brave.
