I don't think Trump ever filed for personal backruptcy, just small portions of his overall businesses. But Obama is not like Trump, he doesn't get to bankrupt the government while American citizens still have money left to tax.

Considering Trump has never been a politician, you have literally no basis to suggest that he would buck that extremely common trend. And you also have no basis to suggest that following the Constitution would result in things being any better than they are now.
