    Can someone explain to me, how when your spouse is facing police with their firearms drawn, you can stand there holding a cell phone to film the event and not try to do something else to help the situation?

    Point well taken. Now, all you have to do is prove this is one of those cases. Raising a suspicion of possible criminality or negligence in regards to evidence is not a defense in itself. Courts need proof and facts. None has been provided here.

    This scumbag had been arrested mmultiple times for gun related crimes. The world is now a tiny bit safer because he has assumed room temperatue.

    The cops, prosecutors, lab techs, and others are all part of the same criminal organization. They are the real organized crime syndicate. Every once in a while one will do the honest thing but then he might turn around a minute later and frame someone. The average street criminal is just a punk. He's going up against professional criminals who have the law on their side and support from gullible citizens. And since everything is illegal in America anyone can be busted for a crime at any time. This is the ultimate police state.

    Convincing you is not my point. If this goes to trial, a good defense attorney will use the "discovery phase" to ferret out any information that can be used to discredit the states evidence. However, it remains to be seen if there will be any trial yet. Merely raising a point, without any such proof or evidence, doesn't work in the legal system. You can keep repeating this and it changes noting.

    The more information that comes out in this case, the more this appears to be a justified shooting. Not only that, but a justified shooting of an armed black man who had been told 13 times to drop the gun before he was shot, many of those orders being given by a black police officer who works for a black police chief who ultimately fired the shots. Even on the video made by the man's wife, you can hear her imploring him "don't do it" right before the police opened fire. Unless something drastically changes, this looks open and shut to me.

    No...you as a taxpayer will to pay to support him in the hospital or prison, and also pay for any frivolous lawsuit filed by his family.

    You know I am white as white can be but given everything I question them finding a gun with his fingerprints on it.

    The police is going to need to trace the history of that gun and put it in his hands before the shooting as there would be no problem in using a throw away gun and putting the man finger prints on it after the shooting.

    Yes there would be massive problems with that as it is much more difficult to pull off sch a stunt and keep everyone involved quiet as your movies and Tv shows would lead you to believe.

    No need for a crime lab to fake anything just a cop or two to put a gun in his hand after the shooting.

    By the way even the FBI had have bad lab employees that fake evidence.

    I'm not sure why any of these shootings have to be left or right. I feel like I'm in the middle. This case just gets more and more complicated and it's so Night and Day from the Tulsa one

    I will say the officer being black means very little. Plenty of documented history of racism by blacks to other blacks.

    The city has better video and are holding it back. Why I wonder and I know it's not because they concerned for the family as they say. Release it already and put all the conspiracy theories to rest.

    Alot of people could still get hurt there and a solid video of him holding a gun and disobeying commands when shot might help stop the violent protests
