    Yes we did. And we're proud of it ! That stupid movie you shared the screen shot of was produced in 2008, the year that marks the beginning of the crackdown on patriots. One by one, they got imprisoned because they loved their country to death. Today? They are out for 3 years now. The guy who shot the movie? Nobody knows where he is, more importantly, nobody cares !

    And litwo wants to see Erdogan's siding with the US, but litwo doesn't even know who MICHAEL RUBIN is !

    The point was (since you seemed to have missed it) was that we armed rebels in Afghanistan on the sly when the then Soviet Union was there, now the Rooskies are doing turnabout.
    It is a proxy war - the exact same thing.

    Russia was provoking Armenians back then. I don't think they would do the same with PKK. There are roughly 25.000 Kurdish armed terror groups in N. Syria. Not even close to the half of the Armenian population in 1915 (not 1917). Though regardless of the backers, PKK will be wiped out.

    No, it's not trivial, the Mujahideen were fighting the Soviets for us and the Taliban aren't. You have to make the distinction of who is our enemy and who isn't. There are still pro US Mujahideen in Afghanistan TODAY.
