Oh I agree, I am old school. I was taught that a man is not suppose to physically handle a woman like that, unless she has something that she can harm you with.

 

So do tell, what words work for the rest of us? As a cracker, whose rather unoffended by the term, what exactly is an acceptable trigger word for me to slap someone? You do understand that when a crazy person mouths off, in or near us, or even directly 'at' us, it has literally NOTHING to do with us personally. They are merely expressing their craziness. It's entirely about them. Humans in the vicinity are merely furniture. Even when they're targeting an individual, they're not actually doing anything of the sort. That individual is simply a 'type of furniture' they find useful at the given moment - useful only as an assist to the expression of their craziness.
