Kicked out of class for telling professor there are only two genders

Students express different views all the time and don't get banned from class.

Student was obviously rude, hostile and uncooperative.

There are consequences for being a jackass.

 

Heres another exchange-where a professor informs a lefty that there are only 2 genders.

For the most part, there are two genders: male & female.

But its a fact that millions of people around the world fit into a spectrum some where between male and female. They are men who feel like they are a woman on the inside, and women who feel like they are a man on the inside.

This phenomenon is not new, and needs to be studied. I believe it is based on genetic and bio-chemical factors, and also very early upbringing.

And then there are women who have bodies that are more like men, such as larger hands, broad shoulders, deeper voices, facial hair, body hair.

Is there a "gender spectrum"? Its possible, but I'd like to base this purely on the study of biology, chemistry, hormones, genetics, skeletal structure, muscle mass of such individuals.

 

At birth one looks between the babies legs they either have ,under normal conditions, a penis therefore a male or a vagina and therefore a female then there are anomalies intersex people. One doesn't have magic to sex change babies or they come out with nothing and you do something to add the genitals of a gender. But disrupting the class was wrong. But the students rights to proper free expression was violated.

This guy has his ducks in a row. He can prove very easily his case. His account is detailed and thorough. Nothing about how that professor instructs that class is appropriate.

It's a sticky wicket though he needs that course completed to graduate on time. The absolute asinine sanction requirements for him to write apologies for every made up thing from biased memory that professor could think of? And a class apology for nothing?

Dumb is dumber. Any of us as a manager would get laughed at by our HR department for trying to write up or fire an employee for undocumented claims of misbehavior God knows when.

No one but sjw retards think there is more than two genders. The argument in science is whether gender is binary as opposed to a analog and not whether there are several distinct genders.

 

We need serious reform in our colleges and universities. The left is trying to normalize perverted behavior in order to destabilize society even further.

There is no reason to accept there are more than 2 genders. Even as a social construct the male/female gender construct is based on biology. The liberal construct of muli-genders is based on feelings.....and fantasy.

The professors now public rant in the form of her official complaint to the schools administration about his " behaviors" and the reasoning for his expulsion.... Had very little or nothing to do with the day in question. It was just a hodge podge of this and that the professor threw out from memory since the beginning of the course.

If a student or employee is not conducting themselves appropriately then you address it right away.. At the very least by documenting it, dating it and advising the person. Offer them a copy. If you don't you are leaving yourself wide open for a lawsuit if you take a punitive action against them because you were aware of the problem and did not afford them an opportunity to correct the behaviors.


This professor not only did none of that they decided to make up all his supposed misbehaviors after the fact after expelling him for the gender discussion.

What's even more stupid is the schools administration not catching what I stated above. It is an automatic loss in court.

The school I guarantee you did not conduct their attorney before writing his sanction letter of Supreme stupidity. This kid has lawyers all over him right now because of how he is verbalizing his complaint?

He is going to sue that school for millions unless they capitulate completely and he is allowed to return to class with zero sanctions.

 

Whatever fits em best... The other 99.999% of the population are stuck with one or the other and that's what their gender is. They don't get to pick.

There is a world moar to gender than what hole you use.

 

Gender : the state of being male or female.
Sex : either of the two main categories (male and female) into which humans and many other living things are divided on the basis of their reproductive functions.

In other words, if your reproductive organ is a wiener, that makes your gender a male. If your reproductive organ is a canooter, that makes your gender a female.

YOU might not tie the two together, but mother nature, reality, and common sense all do.

It's your right to get confused on what you are.

That is a personal or family decision. I lob gender identity in as a moderate into that category like I do abortion, gay marriage or any other socially controversial issue.

It certainly doesn't change the fact there are only two evolutionly derived sexes/genders. Natural born hermaphrodites being the exception.

It's just none of my business. So if that is none of my business.... Then the shoe falls on the other foot and this professor expelling this student for expressing his opinion that is in direct conflict with that professors is not just wrong but extremely liable.

He already has his defense lined up. The school must either capitulate at his hearing or stand by the teacher. If they do not capitulate? And he is forced to graduate late to obtain those credits? On top of everything else he sues for irreparable harm to his career.

My guess is now the schools attorneys are telling them what I am stating. Stand by the professor or protect the school.

 

I think this is an argument between the semantics of gender and sex. One have become more of a social term and the other is a biological term.

 

No, Guy, you're overanalyzing this so much that you overlook the simplicity. If you have a penis, you're a male and if you have a vagina, you're a female. But I was responding to your calling everyone a homophobe simply because they don't find interest in the same sex.
