The DA certainly didn't see it that way. Stop pretending you're some legal expert.

Whitey does't have food deserts, or pharmacy deserts or banking deserts.

I've never been to restaurant where we were made to wait for the rest of the party, never...

I sit at the bar of my local Starbucks 2-3 times per week and chat with the baristas they were as stunned as anyone else by the incident, no one is ever asked to leave a starbucks unless they're causing a disturbance...the entire ambience starbucks tries to capture is one of your home, they expect people to linger, it's why they have free wifi...

Depends on the size of the party. These were trendy restaurants at the time. And if you want to talk about discirination, hehe. No fugly or fat people allowed. Don’t know if that’s still an acceptable practice. Been out of the scene for over a decade. :)

okay, it's not been my experience but we live in different places...I knew of nightclubs that discriminated on physical appearance but that was a long time ago and some restaurants also had a dress code but again that was decades ago... about the only restriction I come across today is "no shirt, no shoes, no service"

You are fisking now and since just about every single reply is an insult or some sort of foul deprecation I don't feel like giving you the courtesy of a reply.

And it doesn't matter since the basic facts of this case are not in dispute: two people loitering in Starbucks were asked to order something and they refused and then they also refused to leave.
That's not a choice a non customer gets to make, speaking strictly legally.

Period! That's pretty much the whole story. A clear case of trespassing and the Philadelphia cops did their duty (albeit the politicians
and Starbucks CEO have all suddenly backed away from this issue claiming it was just racism at work and no laws were broken, though
a textbook case of trespassing prompted the manager to call for the police).

An actual arrest was made when the two trespassers refused to leave even after the police asked them to.This is known as "provoking a response".
Since Black Lives Matter has been vocally protesting outside this Starbucks it's not out of the realm of possibility that this incident was
purposely manufactured in order to get the response they desired (outrage). They have been known to provoke a reaction on occasions so they can gain attention. So the possibility definitely exists.

And as might be expected the problems at this particular Starbucks has been so bad in the past that corporate policy that cracks down
specifically on excessive loitering at "Center City Philadelphia" locations was put into place. https://www.theblaze.com/news/2018/...stomers-reveals-that-theres-more-to-the-story
So a manager actually tried to effect this policy and look what happens!
And look how Starbucks left this woman to dangle in the wind.

So any clown can see the problem has been a real one with a history attached to it and now Starbucks, thanks to their cravenly capitulation
to left wing forces, has insured they will get more of the same in the future, only worse!

And you should stop pretending that the DA isn't capitulating to political pressure.
(A)Loiterers were asked to purchase some product and they refused. (B)Then they were asked to leave then and once more refused.
(C)And when the police came and also asked them to leave they refused again and were formally arrested.

So which part of this are you not following?

I don’t know, are they? Would you say the average income is the same? Statistics disagree. Reality and honesty and just basic observation would disagree. But please, you go on and toss that race card again. Next you’ll tell me I’m racist when I look at the Lacross players practicing or kids playing soccer then look at the B-ball courts and observe the difference in demographics. Am I making it up or just citing facts? Am I lying when I observe that most people working in McDonald’s in my area are black yet most people living in the area are not? Does that anger you or do you just accept basic observations?

Simple. Business wants them to leave, they refuse to leave, cops asks them to leave, they still refuse to leave, trespassing.
