3) You think Rand Paul was lying when he said that were arming Al Qaeda and ISIS in Syria.
4) You think that Tulsi Gabbard was lying when she - along with 9 signatories - were lying when they said that we were arming Al Qaeda in Syria.
5) You think the NY-Times reporting that there were no moderates in Syria - going against US foreign policy - was a lie.
and last but not least

6) You think Joe Biden made up a story about there being no moderates in Syria to go against his own foreign policy.

No, and you know we have no source of intel. But what we do own, or perhaps I just borrowed it, is a mind which pays close attention to the world in which we live. And we do not develop amnesia when intel misleads us, and we end up in a war, expensive in lives and tax dollars. And we file that back for those who forget history is doomed to repeat it, especially the bad parts.

So, speaking for myself, my judgement has to come from experience, and not developing amnesia. I know that two intel acessments have been run against iran, one in 07, one in 11, if I remember correctly. The conclusions were that Iran has not moved beyond its program it had before 911. That it was not actively doing the steps needed to get a nuke. And you can bet your arse if intel had the goods, the neocons would have slobbered all over it, in delight. But alas, they didn't get what they wanted. And you did not get perhaps what you wanted either.

That you refuse to accept the conclusion of all of our intel, not once, but twice, and will believe someone like Netty Boy, given his history on this issue, where he was dead wrong, is a problem with your intellect. I wouldn't say "constantly bombing", and certainly not "Syria", since the bombing targeted either convoys of weapons destined to Hezbollah or Syrian military. Fighting from Syria has occasionally spilled over into Israel, with bombs falling on our northern lands. Of course we retaliated.

What you ignore is the very simple fact that almost all Arab countries are afraid of Iran. They are aware of the Iranian regime's hegemonic ambitions. Saudi Arabia has repeatedly asked the US to act against Iran. Israel is not the only Middle Eastern actor concerned about the Ayatollahs' plans for the region.

What you also ignore is that Iran is enough of a threat even without nukes. The Iranian regime actively supports terrorism, is controlling countries through proxies, is deeply involved in criminal activities worldwide.

You can afford yourself to ignore the Iranian threat from your couch an ocean away. I can't.
