Straw man argument. Another example of someone with nothing to add. I've advocated negotiations with all nations, hostile and allies, and never claimed we shouldn't be in talks with them.

No, I don't hate them either. I think they hostiles and I think anywho takes their side is siding with a hostile nation. When those same people are openly hostile toward and seek to undermine the United States, then the situation is worsened.

You are free to prove that your Russian supporters are "right" and that the United States is the real "Evil Empire".

No doubt if I said the opposite, you'd be accusing me of violating your Freedom of Speech safe space.

There's a pile of evidence. There was a forensic analysis from a disc image and a complete memory dump.
This enabled the forensic team to trace back to the leased server in AZ, which was also forensically analysed which discovered that the Russian agent FORGOT to turn on his VPN!!! and the individual IP address was revealed.

Populated by biased people speculating? What a stupid conspiratorial inference lacking any evidence whatsoever.

Yep just claim bias and voila everybody's innocent. To the degree that every human being on the planet is biased to one degree or another, you are correct. To suggest that personal bias would prompt literally dozens of professionals and dedicated investigators to frame the russians is to impose one's own sense of ethics, morals, commitment and patriotism on others.

Its only "speculation" to those ignorant of the actual technology, have strong ideological confirmation bias, the paranoid conspiracy nutter, or are being paid.

Unknown. Evidence that they haven't or that Mueller hasn't had investigators do it? Are you going solely by the fact no reports have been released?

The memory dump of the server along with a mirror of the drive. SOP in digital forensics. Or didn't you know that?

Yes .. Yes ... the freedom under El Saud are many --- The freedom to chop thy neighbors head off should they veer from the path and adopt a faith other than the proper extremist Salafi strict sharia Islamist ideology. The freedom to beat your wife if she does not behave properly. The freedom to kill your daughter should she be caught having a conversation with a man who is not a relative ... and so on.

Yes ... may the peace of Allah be upon you.

It was never done. The DNC denied FBI access to their server. Where is this server(s).

It was done. Apparently you don't keep up with congressional under oath testimony. There is no need for the physical box if ya got the digital goods.

There is absolutely a need for the physical server. The FBI was denied access to the server. You are claiming that the FBI was given access to the server and downloaded all it's contents and then found evidence that proves the Russian Government hacked the DNC server ??

Why is there an absolute need for the physical box? Dust for fingerprints, perhaps?

And no I am not claiming that just by having a digital image of the server that the FBI found definitive evidence of who hacked it.

But they were able to identify the spear fishing attack and the malware associated with it. From there given their complete access to the internet backbone they were able to identify the leased server in AZ that the Xtunnel software sent the purloined data to and due to an incredibly fortunate mistake by the russian hacker who forgot to turn on his VPN when accessing the leased server in AZ, his individual IP address was revealed.

Probably going on all the reports that the FBI never examined the server. Comey testified under oath that they didn't have access to the server.

There's the FBI and there's the Mueller investigation. To examine the DNC server without permission the FBI would need probable cause. Mueller, not so much. There is plenty of reason to examine the server as part of an investigation into the Russian's cyberattacks on the US.

    https://www.politifact.com/truth-o-...hn-podesta-deny-cia-and-fbi-access-dnc-serve/
Podesta was, however, a victim of the same phishing trick as the DNC, led by group of hackers that the Homeland Security Department and Office of the Director of National Intelligence linked to the Russian government.

"The U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) is confident that the Russian government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from U.S. persons and institutions, including from U.S. political organizations," the Homeland Security Department and Office of the Director of National Intelligence wrote in a joint statement released on Oct. 7, 2016.

"The recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts," the statement added.

Of course there is an abundance of reason to examine the server, and yet the DNC wont allow the FBI or Mueller to examine it.

We know the FBI was denied permission, but I'm not aware of anyone else being denied access.
