    Obama never withdrew. His support for Al Qaeda in Syria was continuous throughout his presidency. And now Trump has continued the treasonous policy of providing aid and comfort to America's enemies, all while risking a nuclear war in the process.

    It was a mistake for Russia not to provide Syria with the S-300. It was also a mistake for Russian and Syrian forces to delay their liberation of Idlib. If they do not act decisively and expediently, they risk snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

    Whether Trump is a witless Quisling or Netanyahu's puppet,(1) the net result is the same.
    The American people continue to pay and be more thoroughly committed to support the martial machinations of a thankless & parasitic, Right Wing regime to the severe detriment of both America and Israel's rational & decent peace seeking element.

    Based on your previous post #58, I assume you mean Trump to be included in those that achieved office because he DOES "... support the neocon war machine dream of empire." Please correct me if I am wrong.

    I would be more specific and assess the Trump, Bolton, Kushner, & Pompeo quartet to be more accurately described as Ziono-Con with their obsession with feeding the insatiable & war mongering Netanyahu regime to the severe detriment of both countries.

    I was encouraged by Trump's earlier pledges to draw down American troops in the volatile Mid East but, instead, we find US Military bases growing in unimaginable places like Syria (al Tanf) & in Israel where they are expected to "die for Israel" (1)

    In addition to moving the US embassy to Jerusalem, plugging for Israel at the UN, cutting humanitarian aid to Palestinians and Trump-Kushner's Israeli Real Estate investments, I can think of no other more dangerously Zionocentric administration in all of US history.

    I don't know if America's young men & women in uniform stationed in Israel are there as Netanyahu's pro bono mercenaries or as security for Trump & Kushner's real estate holdings but they are in no way benefiting US interests while also serving as "Human Shields"(2) for IDF's aggressions.

    Russia's handling is completely depending on how decisive and convinced the US is about giving away a bit of what it got in the name of world domination and I'm not so sure whether it is.

    We've been provoking a "nuclear power" since the collapse of USSR and before....and after, til today. They do nothing.
    Russkis seem good at beating up countries who are retreating or defenseless against them.

    Trump is a "treasonous coward"? Really? Like I said... we whacked several hundred russkis and sent 100+ tomahawks into syria in April....Assad &Putinka silent it seemed.
