In Palm Beach County, Democrats Argue To Count Votes Cast By Non-Citizens.

During review of provisional ballots to determine whether a recount is justified in the tight Florida governor, senate, and agriculture commission races, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher identified a voter as a non-citizen and declared that the ballot would not be counted.

Attorneys representing the Democratic candidate for senate Bill Nelson and the Democratic candidate for governor Andrew Gillum objected. A copy of the uncertified transcript shows the interaction.

Chairman of the Palm Beach County Republican Party Michael Barnett attests to the validity of the transcript. He told The Federalist that several Republican lawyers and party officials heard the back and forth between the canvassing board and attorney’s from the Gillum and Nelson campaigns.

“I would think this is something we could all agree on—that non-citizens shouldn’t vote, but evidently that’s not the case with Democrats,” Barnett said.​

Does your state have "real" IDs?
When California began issuing driver licenses to illegals, there was no validity to the ID. In Nevada, we have picture driver licenses, but also something known as "real IDs". The drivers licenses are OK for driving, but will not (so they say) be valid identification. "Real IDs" require authentic birth certificates, not copies, authentic social security cards, marriage certificates as well as proof of residency. The card has different markings that show under ultra violet light. However, I didn't notice if the poll workers cared if it was real or not. It wasn't examined the same way TSA examines it.

 

Eh-hem. They are required by law to count and report the total number of ballots, even if they have not yet been tabulated.And since they know this in ADVANCE by 10 or 15 YEARS, you'd think they could figure out a way to be on top of it.

In Connecticut here we have representatives of both parties working the voting process which includes counting. We have two Registrars of Elections a Democrat and a Republican. We do everything with one Dem one GOP. We only use a non affiliated if we do not have someone registered to a party.

No one can "jam a ballot box with fake ballots" without being seen. Same goes for counting.

Stuffing a ballot box can only happen if we have only a paper ballot system. Is California a paper only system?

Reports of fraud need to be first folllwed up with the presentation of proof. Have we had any proof of fraud presented followed by failure to hang the guilty? If so where, when.

No one wants fraud but no one wants fraudulent accusations of fraud either.

 

Although I agree the main problem with voting today is money. Nobody wants to spend money on updateing machines, process’, people, any of it/ All they want t do is bitch when their side looses.

They can report the number of ballots, but they do not report th result son election night. They count, and then recount and then the results become “official”. In many states, and I do beleive Florida is one, the voter actually runs the paper thru the machine. And when they do the “recount”, only certified election officials are allowed to do that.

I have no doubt that when you have a shortage of actual paid election officials, running 2 million ballots will take some time.

January of 2001, Broward County's new Supervisor of Elections was Miriam Oliphant. A lass with no experience, no abilities, and no intelligence, but with good connections in the Broward Co. Democrat Party. Her tenure was not long. After royally screwing the 2002 elections and months of pressure, Gov. Bush suspended and then removed her for "…grave neglect, mismanagement and incompetence," not to mention going a cool million over budget and hiring a homeless man she met in a shelter where her sister lived.

The Florida Senate took its time, and it finally confirmed her firing in 2005, by a margin of 33-6. Miriam threatened fire and brimstone and Federal lawsuits alleging racial discrimination but never filed. Her friends eventually got her a job as a School Guidance Counselor, with a starting salary of $ 75,000. No bad for a girl with no experience. And as her previous gigs, it ended too, with a push out the door. Her firing from that position in led to all sort of reviews that ended in nothing. And, yes, she played the race card yet again


Firing Miriam darling was not easy for Gov. Bush despite the obvious need to do so, and the Democrats' reaction threatened to paralyze the state government. He actually stated his intention to keep her in January of 2003, and sacked her in November of that year, after accepting the condition imposed by the Democrats that whoever was appointed to replace her had to be a black Democrat woman. Seriously. No kidding. That became the litmus test to be appointed as Supervisor of elections in Broward. Not the best person. Not a qualified man woman or in-between . A black, Democrat, woman. And the one Black Democrat woman the Democrats shoved down Gov. Bush's throat to allow for the removal of the unbelievably incompetent Oliphant was….

This school principal from Pompano Beach with no experience, no intelligence and no qualifications except her loyalty to the Party: Brenda Snipes.


For 15 years now, this harridan has been bungling elections in Broward County with a combination of incompetence, cupidity and corruption that would make Mexican drug dealers blush. She has managed to turn her County and State in the short list of the most corrupt on record. She has been found guilty of systematically violating the Florida Constitution, the law and the responsibilities of her office and…crickets.

The Sun Sentinel published a nice abridged list of her misdeeds here. "For 15 years, Snipes has served as Broward County’s elections chief, with mixed results. Long lines and vote counts that continued long after polls closed marred elections in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2012, 2016 and, of course, this year."

And for all of those 15 long years, a succession of Republican governors have done NOTHING to end her reign of fraud and corruption. Jeb Bush, Charly Christ and Rick Scott sat on their gluteus maximus, occasionally raised a vapid complaint, and took no action. Now, as her team of activists continue to produce as many ballots as needed to revert the results of November 6th last, a chorus of indignant politicians wail their woes to the air, but all of them, from Rick Scott to Marco Rubio to the waitress at the Flashback Diner on Federal Highway knew well what was going on and lacked the testicular fortitude to do anything about it.

Now is too late. Their fates (and ours) are in her creepy hands.

We need more Republicans like Trump. Democrats are playing to win, Establishment Republicans are playing to be liked. They are petting zoo Republicans.
