You know that when precincts "report", they aren't reporting ALL of their ballots, they are reporting what they have counted to that point.

On election night we pack up the unused ballots and unused provisional ballots and those are returned to Town Hall. The ballots that were read by the machine and are taken out of the machine and put into a security bag and a plastic seal is used to seal the bag. The provisional ballots are paved into an envelope and security tape is used to to seal each side of the envelope in a cross pattern to render it impossible to open without breaking the security tape. Spoiled ballots are also returned to Town Hall.

We are required to keep a count of the readout on the machine and how many voters were lined ( thise who voted) and how many unused ballots are returned to Town Hall. We the checkers and monitors have to sign documents attesting thatvare counts are correct. Town Hall knows his mant ballots each voting location was given so the returned plus the used and read by machine plus the provisional plus the spoiled must equal the number of ballots each polling station recieved.

Each voting location that gives out a provisional ballot must fill out a form and indicate the reason for the provisional and Monitors Ned to sign it.

There is no knowing what exactly in in those bins in Florida .

In CT it would be "impossible " to complete fraudulent provisional ballots.

The state knows how any ballots are given to each town. Each town hall knows how many ballots were given to each voting location. Each voting location reports how many ballots were read by the machine plus the machine prints out a report and the data base from each machine is sealed in a securoty poach. The number of provisional ballots is accounted for and reported on. The number of ruined ballots is reported.

 

In CT we have have paper ballots that are fed into the tabulating machine to be read and counted. The machine counts number of ballots and each votes per candidate and question. The paper ballot is used to do a hand count if there is a disprepamncy between the machine and the voting station count. Also in a recount we dona count of the paper ballot.

 

I also saw that a high school principal in Florida found a full box of completed voter ballots left in the school hallway.

We also do something real cool! Well it should not be cool it should be standard procedure. We check voters ID 's. People thank me for asking for an ID and actually look at it and the person standing at my station before I send them to the ballot clerk who hands them the ballot.

I heard about this. If the state of California registers everyone who get a drivers license are they not in violation of the Federal Law?
How long have they been doing that? If they are violating the law why have they not been arrested and prosecuted?

 

Wait a second. Alex Jones the same piece of fecal matter eating bacteria who said that the parents of Sandy Hook School in Newtown CT were actors and that their were no children murdered in Newtown. That is the same Alex Jones! Why would anyone with even 1/8 of a brain believe Alex Jones? Why?

 

In Nevada we have touch screen voting machines that run a tape in a side window. You can see that each vote was correctly registered, and you can also see a summary page and ensure that your vote was tabulated correctly. No one touches the paper. However, when there is a will there is a way. I guess we have entered an era where there are no ethics and every voting place will have to be watched by observers.

 

At this point I don't know who I'm more disgusted with, the corrupt democrats or Trump and the GOP for not going after them.

For 3 years we've been listening to all the crimes the dems have commited and how the GOP were going to get them on everything ranging from election fraud to probable espionage when Hillary relayed secet information over her email server for which she was probably paid hefty campaign contributions, to forming a coup and falsifying evidence and lying to FISA Court judges to obtain warrants to FRAME and impeach the president which would be TREASON. And now not only has that completely died out, the dems are allowed to go after Trump instead.

Obviously this country is GONE. Allowing those criminals to get away with this, will only empower them more and make them worse going forward.

Pretty hard to catch voter fraud when it happens in states that don’t require ID to vote. How can you detect fraud when there’s no way to detect fraud?

What good is a law that is not enforced? The people in the position to enforce the law are the people breaking the law.

As much as I despise those who would throw away our election process by jamming the ballot box with fake ballots, or tampering with the counts, or allowing votes from people who aren't citizens and don't understand what they are doing, I am equally furious everytime I here the reports of voter fraud and don't see a follow-up hanging. OK, that was a bit hyperbolic but you catch my drift. If laws aren't enforced, who is going to obey the law?

 

1) "Voter suppression" is a joke. An urban legend.
2) There is nothing illegal or immoral about gerrymandering. It's standard operating procedure in the U.S. for both parties.
3) Polls should close at the posted times. It's disgraceful and unfair to keep the polls open until midnight in black neighborhoods when they're forced to close at 7:00 pm in white neighborhoods.
