Is there some part of she stored, created and sent classified eMails on a non government approved unsecure connected to the internet server in the basement of her home don't you understand is violates USC 793? Patraeus was charged for storing (3) 3 ring binders in his home.

The punishment should be metered out according to the crime. If one used their private e-mail that did not contain classified information, they should be treated more lenient than those that did. Same with those that made their E-mails available to law enforcement and those that didn't. Don't know how anyone could argue with that.

 

And who makes that determination?

Trying to manufacture an excuse for Ivanka after years of yelling about Hillary is an exercise in obvious hypocracy.

You know, the guy who took over a year to get a security clearance, and kept belatedly remembering things he left off his application (usually after having had the tapes played back to him by a helpful intelligence officer.....you know, the guy who tried to set up secret back channel communications with Russian intelligence and got caught at it.).

Did any of the emails contain materials that are classified, to your knowledge? If not, than this is much a do about NOTHING!

"Affairs of state" ? Can you be MORE ambiguous please. CLASSIFIED is where the line is drawn. PERJURY is pretty straight forward. Neither of those 2 elements are present in Ivanka's usage / disclosure. All Ivanka's "affairs of state" emails are archived.
