That was not a threat Vegas. You said everything is up for grabs. That would then mean that legislation to have a person murdered and their property escheated to the state would be up for grabs. So, is EVERYTHING up for grabs?

You're talking korematsu. That decision needs to be overturned, it was wrong. Many decisions are such, particularly since FDR threatened to pack the court in the 30s. You're saying that decision was correct then? That such is acceptable?
