As a senator Susan Collins is actually scarier. As a presidential contender, Klobuchar is an unknown among most of your party. As long as your party backs socialists and endorses stupid ideas that have zero chance of passing, we just watch who gets knocked off, who's raising the most money, why and what's needed to counter.

Understood. Some who identify as democrats are actually communists.

Boohoo. I am sure that Trump supporters will make something out of her temper. At least she wasn't stroking Russia for fun and frolicking in order to secure a huge business windfall.

Talk about temper. Trump belittles and abuses his staff and cabinet members on a daily basis with his temper. Evidently, it hasn't affected his support.

Of course, of course. The Trump organization has the capability to think past his nose? Hardly. Trump flies by the seat of his pants and "why and what's needed to counter"? His history has shown otherwise.

No, you do not understand. It is all about competency to govern, divisiveness, lack of moral compass, lack of compassion, "I know more than the generals," "Nobody knows more about technology than me," 'I could shoot someone in the street and not lose support,' a huge
tax reduction for the rich, and the list goes on and on.

As predictably as the swallows return to Capistrano, the arrival of flocks of yellow-bellied dung-flingers signals the advent of another presidential election season.

Being targeted early is an indication of acknowledged potential.

The obligatory demonizations aside - and "She's tough and demanding!" is hardly an express ticket to hell - Klobucher clearly has potential. ("A woman who exhibits the same behavior as “tough” or “demanding” male boss might be typecast as as “b—-.”)

Klobuchar's self-deprecating humor is and undervalued asset in a lofty narcissistic realm characterized by grim self-importance.

The unwelcome "compliments" of bumptious old boys might well be her most serious liability:
When the snide and impudent privileged frat boy "Kegs" Kavanaugh, the prissy little squint, was being questioned about his drunken sexual assault, the ever-respectful Klobuchar was insulted by the sniveling punk who became flustered and lashed out with childish petulance as to whether she had a drinking problem.

Klobuchar largely ignored the puerile impropriety that exposed a far-from-judicial temperament, and deftly resumed appropriate questioning.

When she's attacked, she has the confidence to shrug it off and not lower herself to petty reciprocal pissiness.

That's an adult trait devoutly to be wished as of late.

It could be, but I doubt it.... She's personally my favorite of the dozens and dozens of Dems running (until and if Joe Biden announces). I've liked what I've seen every time I've seen her perform in hearings and in other places.

The fact that she's a woman AND from the midwest is something that should catch the eye of many a primary voter who are tired of those from the East or West Coasts...

But it is a little troubling if enough people believe she's "unbearable"... We've had enough of that the past 2 years... We'll see what else comes out of this.

But the BEST thing about this thread is a conservative starting a thread from Buzzfeed... Makes my day complete and it's only 9:20...

It was just last month when conservatives said we can’t believe a word printed by buzzfeed.

A leader spending time on policy instead of wasting "executive time" focusing on vindictiveness would be a nice change wouldn't it.

But let's not make assumptions. Let's look at Amy's last 3 Tweets compared to Trump's last 3 tweets and see who has a less vindictive message.

    Amy's most recent three Tweets*

"Watch this excerpt from Amy's epic speech. The cold didn't stop us. The snow didn't stop us. This is how we win."

"Let’s join together, as one nation, indivisible, under God, and pursue the good."

"I’m asking you to join us on this campaign. It’s a homegrown one. I don’t have a political machine. I don’t come from money. But what I do have is this: I have grit."

Pretty positive stuff I'd say. No sign of score settling or blaming.

Now let's look at Trump's last three Tweets*

"The Democrats are so self righteous and ANGRY! Loosen up and have some fun. The Country is doing well!"

"The Democrats do not want us to detain, or send back, criminal aliens! This is a brand new demand. Crazy!"

"No president ever worked harder than me (cleaning up the mess I inherited)!"

Not so positive. Very vindictive and nasty, except the last one which is delusional.

Insecurity fosters a paranoia and vindictiveness that only a Roy Cohn ingénue could parlay into a part-time career after reality-tv.

My first question about Amy is how exactly do you pronounce her last name.... I've heard both Klobu-Shar and Klobu-Char... anybody know for sure??

I still get tired of people on TV with the Rod Rosen-Stine and Rod Rosen-Steen..... (P.S. I understand that one is Rosen-Stine)..

Reality TV has really been his only success. A bottom-feeding media spectacle where immaturity, chaos and drama bump ratings up. It's the only TV he could have done well at.

And plenty of staffers have said they got along fine with her... You will have to work harder to find any atual dirt on Senator Klobuchar...

Gee, looks like the Repub President has anger issues, hissy fits, fires his staffers continually and has a high staff turnover rate, ex-staffers who complain about how they were treated, pouts, sends out vicious insulting emails, cheats on his wife who just gave birth, creates deep divisions between the parties, and has "legal" problems...etc. etc....…

Now, do please list all the MALE politicians who have NEVER yelled at their staff.

"Not too bright" refers to science deniers who have no knowledge of how weather works......and think that "global warming" mean the earth turns into a desert overnight...

Well, in all fairness to Trump (generally not my preferred methodology), he reportedly doesn't use email, so substitute "tweets" for "emails"

Oh now we have fresh air and not polluted air, huh?

Try not to kid yourself like that. You only set yourself up for failure. Just like Amy.

That was part of her problem. She made Romney seem spontaneous and unrehearsed
