It's just another variant of the communist agenda because if we're talking about my business, then I own that business and I make the rules. If I don't want to sell stuff to blacks, then I don't have to sell stuff to blacks. Same goes for any of those other "protected classes". They are free to be protected in their own establishments.

You have zero "rights" to other people time, services, or property. The Civil rights act went to far in that it started claiming ownership of private businesses when it was the democrat governments in the south that forced some private businesses to segregate. If the CRA stopped at banning the governments of the states and localities from segregation, or forcing segregation requirements on businesses to get a business license, it would have been a good law and allowed the free market to put out of business those who would still willfully segregate. There were no legitimate businesses in the south that didn't segregate because the government wouldn't allow them to be in operation with a license.

That was his point, and a very clear point of why the CRA went to far in oppressing bigots rights to lose money. Why would anyone want their baker forced to handle their food if more than likely that bigot will either half assed job or something sinister in the food? If people could be open about their bigotry, then you and those who don't agree with bigotry will not patronize said establishment and the bigot will lose money. Its just like when some business is rude and they get a bad yelp review, people will leave that place alone.

However, pedophilia and transgenderism are extreme deviations from the norm that are, in my opinion, perversions for pedophiles and mental illness for transgenders.

I can ignore and be tolerant of transgenders - they are the victims of their own perversions - I would expect the government to pretect them from anyone who would do them harm. I draw the line at government paying to help them make the sex change through both surgical and pharmaceutical means. I can't ignore or accept the perversions the militants are trying to force on society in terms of mens bodies in womens sports and men in the womens toilet. As far as I can determine, this bill would force acceptance of this militant extremism.

Pedophilia is a perversion of the worst kind deserving of any ills that might befall them. I hope I'm wrong, but I understand that this bill appears to protect pedophiles.

My best friend in high school was black. He didn't like dealing with blacks either because he hung around a bunch of white metal head guys. I heard later on from some black guys he knew that they thought he was educated because he spoke just like the rest of us did, which wasn't so very far from a beavis and butthead conversation.
