So, let’s create a fake story about a presidential candidate colluding with russia to affect election results. Then, to make sure it’s stamped as something worth investigating, let’s pay a foreign intel person to obtain misinformation, from russia, that points to collusion. Let’s then make sure FBI and intelligence agencies use this to obtain FISA warrants so government can spy on Trump campaign. Let’s use all this to kick start congressional investigation. Let’s make sure mainstream media is covering ‘collusion’ 24/7?because we can create facts through repetition. Let’s then get the FBI director to depart from precedent and say stuff he really shouldn’t. Hopefully, trump will fire him. Then... let’s get deputy AG to hire a special counsel and make sure he hires a bunch of trump haters. Let’s also make sure they bully trump associates, threaten them with jail time, set perjury traps, go after them for things prosecutors typically don’t make charges on. Let’s create the appearance that special counsel is looking at everything about trump’s finances, personal life, business dealings. Trump will get pissed, he will want mueller replaced as he won’t trust investigation is fair, he will want to limit investigation to russia collusion only... we can then use this to make a case for obstruction in court of public opinion because more than likely, DOJ won’t find obstruction. We can then, hopefully, impeach.

Lolz ... "right up to" Crossfire Crapfest was in full swing, for a year before Comey's firing. McCabe, Strzok, and Page never skipped a beat in the interim between the firing, and Mueller appointment. Trump surrendered more than a million docs, allowed all his staffers to be interviewed, and essentially assigned McGahn to work for team Mueller. Rosenstein, to whom McGahn submitted Trump's directives lay waste to this nonsense himself.

Any conversation with advisors is covered under executive privilege. Nunes was proven right. Mueller found nothing on conspiracy and it is now proven that the Trump campaign WAS spied on. Mike Rogers shut down the illegal use of NSA data by outside contractors like Fusion GPS that the Obama administration allowed. It now looks like spying on Americans started not in 2016 but in 2012. Steele, under oath in the UK, claimed he could not verify any of the dossier.

One thing would not stand in a court of law. This is why Mueller built a complete case for each instance. And he did so very carefully.

I showed you four criminal cases, and the case Mueller built is explained starting in the page in parenthesis. Plus the underlying evidence in the footnotes. These four unequivocally fulfill the three requirements to indict: act, nexus, intent. There are six others in which one or two of these requirements are still not clear. If these three requirements are not met, no evidence would stand in a court of law. For these four, the evidence is complete. And with a maximum jail sentence of 5 years, they could put Trump away for up to 20 years.

First: there is no difference in the law between obstructing and attempting to obstruct. Second, Trump did successfully obstruct. The investigation was and is not complete.

Mueller just made a public statement on the report. He clarified this question.

Trump had the authority to stop the investigation. He talked about it and even asked other people to stop it, but he did not stop it. He did not obstruct. So again. The dems are accusing him of obstructing the investigation of a crime which did not exist and of obstruction which did not obstruct.

The 1st Amendment guarantees your right to say there was no obstruction of justice. It protects your right to utter any other lie you may want to speak. But it doesn't make you right. The truth is inescapable and the truth is that Trump did obstruct justice.

He has the authority. He also has the authority to put Mueller in jail for no reason. But if he uses that authority, he is guilty of abuse of authority.

Such false extremism as is found in your post doesn't warrant a reply.

You folks realize you get one shot at this, ONE. If you dare to impeach, you need to go big or go home. If you can't produce such a strong case that any Senate would feel COMPELLED to convict, you failed. Then all this nonsense is nothing but failed political theater and Trump will be the first US President in history to be re-elected after being impeached...

    No they aren't.

I'm not even a lawyer and I could tear that evidence apart.

There is absolutely nothing conclusive at all in there.

That is why Mueller could not present it as evidence of guilt which he would have done if it was so.
That's why the top brass in the democratic party are trying to shut down impeachment talks.

They know how dangerous it would be for them.

The investigation is not complete? Well Mueller's investigation certainly is. He's gone back to private life, and is probably kicking back under a walnut tree with a cooler full of beer handy, and is not taking any more questions from anybody.

Which investigation do you think is not complete?

In all matters dealing with the crimes by Trump and his minions that have to do with Mueller, I don't have to "think" anymore. I just point to the corresponding parts of the Mueller Report.

Read Mueller Report Appendix D Titled "SPECIAL COUNSEL'S OFFICE TRANSFERRED, REFERRED, AND COMPLETED CASES"

    Mueller couldn't find anything.

    Did you miss that part?

Here are his own words from today.
