Trump actually point out that the UK has always done more business with the US than any other nation.

Trump was wrong on two accounts! Germany is UK's largest trade partner and Germany is the larger trade partner with the US. Clearly Trump does not know......

 

Trade is small part of the relationship between the US and the UK. In fact, the UK and the US do far more business with each other than any other country as the UK PM pointed out:

The UK has always been by far the largest investor in the US. Thanks to Donald Trump you are no longer one of those "people who don't know".
