The only gullibility here rests with liberals such as yourself who were duped by your own prejudices.

Gov't (either Federal or State) making law that allows abortion in the early term is an accessory to murder. Full Stop.

Making law on the basis of fallacious gibberish is an anathema to law :)

The claim "not supporting welfare is an accessory to murder" has far more validity than than your nonsense claim - albeit the claim is also dumb IMO.

The difference being that one could actually mount a argument that had some small amount of validity for "welfare". You on the other hand have no valid argument in support of your claim that killing a zygote is "murder" - and certainly not from a legal perspective - Full Stop.

They didn't make a law - they struck down laws prohibiting it. We already tried anti-abortion laws. They didn't work. Full stop.

And a future SCOTUS can overturn Roe v Wade.

Is "constitutional judge" code for right wing partisan? Yes, I believe it is.

    Mmmmmm......Identity politics......

Republican sees a woman and thinks.......that is a woman, bet she hates children, loves Obama, and votes Democratic.....because you know, we should have never given them the vote They should stay in the kitchen and be quiet.if they know what's good for them. They are too emotional to make decisions for themselves. They should be thankful we are here to do that for them.

Never argued the couldn't. But even if they did, very few states would outlaw abortion so it would be a short ride to find clinics - ergo, such laws are worthless in modern society.

And we would be right back to where we were 50 years ago. Those with means would simply take "vacation" out of state and the only people these laws would impact would be the very poor. These laws were complete failures back in a time when the whole country was more conservative - they're going to be even bigger failures now that women are used to having control of their own uterus.

Every dime spent to create anti-abortion laws could have been spent saving babies that the parents wanted. End of story.

I am against it generally but believe it is a personal decision and believe government should get completely out of the patient doctor relationship.

Yeah Johnson all but destroyed the African American family. Even the Klan never managed so much. And calling those good democrats conservatives, is like calling a skunk a reptile. Those people worked hand in velvet glove with Margaret Sanger and her eugenicists.

That's basically what the judges in Roe v. Wade said. They STRUCK DOWN laws that inserted government directions over abortion. They didn't create new ones.

The government is all in the doctor patient relationship in so many numerous ways. The question of Roe is the constitutionality of the SCOTUS decision which was made on very shaky constitutional grounds.

I am not the one labeling constitutional judges as political like you are. It is upon you to explain yourself.

You missed the point. Roe is about constitutionality not about what I think.
