There gave been 3 incidents in the recent past involving ships from the 7th fleet colliding with other ships, so don't say our ships don't behave that way.

Would like to see a link about wind direction affecting right of way.

The Russians have not entered foreign airspace.... they were just close. And that is good enough to "escort" them away.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2019/05/21/politics/russian-bombers-alaska-intercept/index.html
the Russian bombers and fighters remained in international airspace and at no time did the aircraft enter United States or Canadian sovereign airspace

Because in a game of "dare" Russians never lose. Have you ever seen one of those YouTube car crash videos from Russia?

You're not addressing the point that we got PICTURES of the ship and there is no chopper in sight.

A helicopter could easily be on final approach in any of those pictures and still not be in the frame.

When you outnumber the opposition 2 to 1 you should win. Win going away easily for that matter.

Someday (hopefully soon) we will have a President with balls that sends a clear message to Putin.

" if you keep playing this game, we will start playing as well and something is going to sink or fall out of the sky...and we both know whos toy will get destroyed".

They lost 27 million lives and yet they charged the Germans head-on. The men at the rear had no guns. They had to pick up weapons from their dead comrades and move forward. There wasn't a day they had it "easy" as you say.

The reason they don't send that message is because they can't deliver the goods. That actually is the only smart thing the Yanks are doing. Bluffing is what they usually do and that ain't smart when you're dealing with the Russians. I think Washington finally understands that.

Yes, but they weren't prepared for war like the Nazis were and Stalin made life rough enough for his own people, even without war.

If and when(more like ....when) it happens, and the Russkis lose....a couple hundred or so.....it probably won't make any MSM. Here or there. The Russkis are slow learners if at all....their sole mission it seems is to be is to be the perpetual thorn in the USAs side regardless of their human cost.

Actually, men at the rear did have guns. It was NKVD shooting everyone who tried to run, which pretty much put those soldiers in lose-lose situation.

The US military, which has invaded and destroyed more countries than perhaps any military in human history, is issuing condemnations of Russia? That's hilarious.

The "current world order" is a corrupt joke that only criminals and dupes want to preserve.

In Syria? You mean the country where the US and its "allies" are backing Al Qaeda?
