SCOTUS will likely rule that artistic expression is protected but the broad based general discrimination against gay people will never pass constitutional muster.

I would say that discrimination against religious beliefs has a stronger constitutional standing and that is exactly what is happening here. Colorado sued this baker twice and lost twice. Now the same accuser is suing.

13 years old!

Then we also have this:
(e) Younger parties may obtain license in case of pregnancy or birth of child.

So this clause is saying it is ok to get a child pregnant as long as you marry her

Oklahoma:
(y) If one or both parties are below the age for marriage without parental consent, three day waiting period

And the list goes on and on.

 

While Christians are trying to force preferred citizenship for themselves. Those who believe that a father would kill his own son because the voices in his head tell him to, is not in a position to call other beliefs perverted.
