Now imagine within 5 hours China does hack the IRS, finds a venue to release Don's taxes.......AND THAT CANDIDATE GETS ELECTED..........(what a mind blower).......instead of suffering scorn, ridicule, and appropriate accusations of treasonous behavior by inviting foreign interference in our elections.

 

Then I predict the left will cheer it on and the right would condemn it because both are full of hypocrites that care more about "party" then they actually care about America.

I'd be willing to wager had a Trumpette been asked the question previous to Don asking Russia to hack Hillary.........."if a candidate for prez asked a foreign adversary to hack in to his opponent's computer months before the election........would you vote for that candidate?"...............the majority would have said no.

Putting that aside, because of the gradual degradation of our ability to process what is happening and put it in a historical context the country constantly fails to respond with the degree of outrage events call for.

It would have been unthinkable for a candidate to invite Russia to meddle in our presidential election at any other time in our history. Not just from the standpoint of no candidate contemplating such a thing, but also because of the immediate loss of support he/she would suffer. But not Don.

 

Why was the DNC paying someone to get political dirt on "not a candidate" Paul Manafort? Trump jr AND "not a candidate" Paul Manafort "sat down directlty with Russian agents" who were working for the DNC oppo research firm Fusion GPS. That sounds serious! To everybody BUT Bob Mueller! The Russians hacked the DNC server way before Trump even made the statement.

Timeline of hack and Trump's statement...

• Mid-March: Two cyber units of the Russian military agency called "GRU" send hundreds of spear-phishing emails to "hillaryclinton.com" emails, DNC emails and gmail accounts used by the Clinton campaign. The spear-phishing campaign allows them to gain access to John Podesta's email accounts. Podesta was a Clinton's campaign chairman.
• April 12, 2016 – GRU gains access to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DDDC) server.
• April 18, 2016 – GRU gains access to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) server.
• April 18-June 8, 2016 – GRU compromises more than 30 computers on the DNC network, infecting them with malware.
• April 19, 2016 – GRU registers a domain name to release stolen documents. The website is called dcleaks.com. DCLeaks also creates a Twitter, Facebook and email address.
