White supremest is one of the manifestations of right wing extremism which now makes up 2/3 of the terrorist attacks on American soil. They are in the rise. .
The right disagrees with all the major scientific institutions of the world, would rather pay more for healthcare, believes in trickle down and the left is nuts ?
How must did the federal government fine him and his dad company for not renting to blacks? or to this very day Trump will not admit he was wrong in wishing the NY five put to death for a rape they was proven to be innocent of.
Please most critics want to obey the laws and the treaties we signed which means many of these immigrants coming from the South must apply for asylum at the first country they come to and if they refuse then can maybe keep coming but since Mexico agreed to provide protection they need to stay in Mexico there is no right to come here because its 'better and nicer' so they should be deported on treaty grounds. Which has the same authority as the Constitution itself by the way so invoking it taking precedent over ordinary laws is very proper the US Constitution and its parts including treaties overcome any and all Federal Laws contrary to it. There are proper ways to come here but Asylum claims are pretty narrowly defined to this principle if Mexico will grant asylum then Non-refoulement under US law doesn't apply they refused a legitimate offer they must take and in fact must ask Mexico and if they admit them as Asylum refugees they have to take the offer.. Further generally being in danger due to crime back home under a more strict interpretation of our existing laws doesn't count as a reason to seek Asylum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-refoulement
You are essentially assessing, critiquing, and commenting on Mexican law and enforcement. But we have no control over that, so we have to deal with what we have. I don't understand. What are you saying?
CNN - your reliable source of race baiting. I find it interesting that the same people who are playing ideological gatekeeper for the Islamic faith have spent since 9/11/2001 fighting tooth-and-nail against labeling the Islamic faith terrorism in spite of that calls to terror against unbelievers are within the pages of the Quran (8:12-13, 9:29, etc.) which have resulted not only in ~3,000 dead on that day in 2001 but over 20,000 annually worldwide are the same ones who want to label a vague term "white supremacist" as "terrorism" without qualifying as such and with only a handful of incidents of racial homicides as evidence. Of course, interestingly and unsurprisingly, that blacks commit not only most interracial homicide and the largest per capita rate of hate crimes is wholly omitted from the conversation, because like with being a racist, being a terrorist is only possible if you're white to these people, dictionary and law be damned. What we're seeing here is an ongoing game to install, piecemeal, Fabian-style, a totalitarian regime where people are put away for even verboten thoughts. Anyone with half a brain should be alarmed that there are people with access to media and political power who are calling for their enemies to be put away on charges of "white supemacism" in light of that the term is neither consistently nor concretely defined and is used in such broad, vague, and sweeping terms on a daily basis, thrown around like candy as the Pavlovian word du jour. As the CNN article linked the FBI definition of terrorism, it can be seen that "white supremacism" isn't applicable - for at most, the concept of "white supremacism" is a belief, and an ill-defined one at that which nearly nobody actually subscribes to if the word is properly defined: What the dictionary says white supemacism is: white supremacist noun Definition of white supremacist : a person who believes that the white race is inherently superior to other races and that white people should have control over people of other races Such people that fit this definition could, perhaps if gathered in one group, fill a clown van. Rather, the term is used - intentionally ripped out of its meaning as a means of both coercing people by invoking fear or by smearing the one the term is used against - as one of various methods of political aggrandizement, social control, and one-upmanship on opponents and it magically makes for a **** ton of clickbait advertisements for media that use it. Such terms, void of meaning outside of "I hate your effing guts" should not only not be taken seriously, but obviously should not be taken into consideration when it comes to labeling people as terrorists and legislating accordingly. In doing so, those who wish to use the term terrorist are merely extending the effect of the political label into one where they are attempting to on-the-sly criminalize dissent. In this case, like with Marxists, the ideological signal to label an opponent as fair game would be given: Label them "white supremacist" as Marxists label people as "reactionaries" or otherwise, signaling the target is acceptable and desirable to treat accordingly as a class enemy. In any case, this language is highly manipulated, highly manipulative, and is not to be taken seriously by anyone that has an ounce of common sense in their head. To wit: I've yet to see one journalist, one politician, or one internet poster be able to define the term accurately let alone qualify its use against a single human being. What I am seeing is a **** load of pack mentality ignorance such as this thread and it's being stoked by media who use the term in part because sensationalism is what fills their wallets. Think independently, people!
Ah, again with the false media narrative. Proven false in fact but that is how propaganda works on weak minds.
Why not as there had been many terrorist acts done in the name of Jesus and Christianity and if you do not care to label Christianity, in any case, as a terrorist religion why are some supporting doing so for Islam if not Christianity ?
It would take an extremely narrow-minded person to believe that "arrests" are the only way in which a problem can be tackled.
So you're saying we should stuff our heads up our collective buttocks and ignore looking at the teachings in the Bible and Quran which don't or do call for acts of terrorism? It's not relevant what's done "in the name of" but rather what a given faith teaches that produces violent behavior in its followers, and that's the issue.
I have a difficult time believing you can define white supremacism and qualify using the label when you can't even spell the term. Care to have a crack at it?
Well we have mass-media propaganda campaigns meant as tools of social herding and social control. You mean like that? Not the type of society I care to live in.
Then stay away from Fox and the Fox News Echo-chamber. White supremacists and racists are uneducated people. Uneducated people are much more easily manipulated than educated people. That is what right-wing propaganda machines like Fox and demagogues like Trump take advantage of. But more than education, they need to learn to think independently. To not accept what anybody tells them without questioning it. . Not necessarily education, but critical thinking is what White Supremacists lack the most.
I would have to agree with this. But there's a BIG difference between education, and intelligence. There are plenty of incredibly stupid educated people out there .. and white supremacists are a good example. When you consider that 21stC white supremacists are cloaked as Progressives, and Progressives almost always insist that they are far more educated than liberals, this becomes painfully obvious.
So you think that the King James Bible is not full of hate or that Christians had not used the words in the bible to justify and provoke everything up to large scale murders????? Sorry but there is as must or likely more blood on the hands of Christians as there are on Muslims hands.
I completely agree with the first part about intelligence and education being different. Didn't understand this last part. There might have been some typo there?
