I think it was cookie cutter responses from Mueller, he seems rigid, I am sure he is trying to stay neutral. In the end, I think Barr gave Trump a slight pass, clearly Trump bent some rules, not sure if enough to impeach. Need to discover if Trump ordered people to falsify their testimony and or work. Again I think Trump is dirty, how much I don't know.

If you want to hang out in the denial stage a little longer, go right ahead.

Are you serious?? That is the entire focus of one of the 5 OOJ items the D's seemed to have narrowed their focus to as well as one of the items mentioned specifically by the 1000+ former federal prosecutors...

Section I - The President orders McGahn to Deny that the President tried to fire the Special Counsel

What you fail to recognize is that Trump could have taken executive privilege and told McGahn to shut up any time he wanted.

Just like when Trump told them "no" after the investigation was finished, and didn't allow executive branch staff to testify.

    Keep trying.

    Go for impeachment attempt #4.

Well if that is true, then it is even more damning for Trump. Since this is so sensitive, I am willing to wait for more evidence.

    "IMPEACH THE ORANGE BAD MAN!"
"Wait, why are everything we do backfiring?"

The Left spun the Trump/Russia collusion bull for nearly 2 years. Ended up being nothing more than a loony conspiracy theory.

And boy have this video aged well!

And wait you will because the best witness to 2 of those 5 sections is avoiding a subpoena to testify....

Its almost as if you -choose- to forget the fact Mueller did not make a factual determination of the corrupt intent necessary for obstruction of justice because he said OTHER motives for his actions must be considered.

your confused, this thread is discussing what we think before a trial has occurred, by your logic we could not discuss any case, if a terrorist was caught, we would just have to say he is innocent until convicted even if the evidence pointed to guilt

Well then, to return to the theme of this thread, of course Trump could be charged with OOJ after leaving office, as long as it's within the SOL...

    Not even a remote stretch...

As Mueller explained, this applies to any President, and no one ever thought otherwise.
    So.. Thanks, Captain Obvious.

The Dems clearly demonstrated Trump was guilty of obstructions of justice. A Republican asked Mueller

Question: Can a president be tried for obstruction of justice after they leave office?
    Answer: Yes
Question: Would you prosecute this president?
    Answer: Yes

That was a turn out the lights moment and the party ended right there. Mueller said, clearly, Trump had committed a high crime and he would (will?) send him to jail.

What the other Republicans were all steamed up about, I have no idea. Oh yeah, Mueller was corrupt and incompetent.

Let em pretend a while longer.

    It doesn't matter any more.

The smart ones are already on Twitter explaining to the dumb ones how they're screwed.

I doubt it's going to be "will" send him to jail.... Bob is off to grandchild and golf land (except not at any of the overpriced Russian-controlled Trump clubs).

    But somebody else might...

Mueller has refused to talk about Page, Ohr, Strozk, the Steele Dossier, the origin of the Russia investigation and fusion GPS. That makes me think Barr and to IG are headed in the right direction.
