No you first asked me to provide an example of a press release where the author was listed and I gave you two to show that each press release had a different name to contact for more info depending on who wrote it. That was when YOU had already conceded that the press release was unsigned but you claimed they were never signed. Rather than accept the fact that the claim YOU made up was wrong, you then tried to claim that maybe the Tramp press release was signed. And I assumed if I did link to it you would have simply fabricated another excuse to protect Tramp.

But you went one better and manufactured a Conspiracy Theory based on your false assumption that if YOU couldn't find the press release than nobody could find it so it must be a conspiracy against Tramp.

NOAA has admitted that "The maps show percentage possibility of tropical storm force winds" reaching 30% for parts of Alabama. Which is why Trump doubled down. He knew he could not lose in a credibility fight with meteorologists.

This is one of the stupidest issues I've seen for both sides. First, you have the President who was directly saying Alabama was in danger of a category 5 storm, which was patently untrue. Then, you have the news media acting like this was more than just an example of stupidity, and that it endangered people. I've argued with Trump people on Facebook that claimed Pensacola was threatened by the hurricane (no, we were not in even the 5 day cone). I've argued with anti-Trump people who claimed that Trump endangered lives by scaring people in Alabama. It's all stupidity. There was no real danger to Alabama, either by preparing for something that more than likely could never happen, nor by the actual storm (yes, about a third of the state had a 5% probability of tropical storm force winds (which arent' uncommon during thunderstorms in the south)). Let's just shut up about it, and see what we can do for the Bahamians.
